The location is good, within 3 min from subway station. There is hot water in-door swiming pool, you should be ready for that. The bath room is clean and relatively bigger than the other similar class. The cost performance is very good.

The rooms are on the small side. Very near the metro so access is good. It was a noisy because the traffic outside.

We stayed 4 nights in the hotel and we were very satisfied with the conditions. The rooms are not very large but very clean, quiet (it's true the windows weren't facing the main street), the staff was welcoming, extremely polite and very helpful. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a lovely terrace. The parking places are limited but the problem can be very easily solved, as you can park the car in a public parking 200 m from the hotel, at the same price as in the hotel parking - 15 euros/day. The price we were charged for the room was the same as advertised on Venere.com 120 euros/night (we made reservations in June) although when we got to Paris prices were almost double. Breakfast was not included and it was 20 euros/person.
