Hotel Best Western Tour Eiffel Invalides - Paris

Not a single problem when we stayed there this past Christmas holiday! Very close to the metro, walking distance to the Eiffel tower, a quieter location for us which is what we wanted. Would definitely stay there again.

Room was fine, and reasonable size for Paris. The best thing was a bath!!!!It was great to relax in a nice warm bath after a days walking. The doors were extremely noisy, the only way they closed was to slam. Everytime anyone came in or out during the night I was disturbed. You could also hear people talking in the room next door and from the passage. Make sure if you are expecting any messages, you need to beg the receptionist to triple check for you...you don't get them unless you ask Would probably try somewhere else next time, although I think this was quite good value

My husband, daughter and I spent 6 nights in Paris in April of this year. We had a marvelous stay at the Best Western Tour Eiffel. The staff was always friendly and helpful, our triple was very clean and as spacious as one could get for a triple. The bathroom was small but very acceptable and included a shower and tub combo. We had no problems with having enough hot water for showers. The location was excellent for us. It is within walking distance of many cafes, patisseries, supermarkets and the Eiffel Tower. It is also 1 block from the metro. Out view looked out of the front of the building. Very nice and quiet with the windows closed. We would definitely return to this hotel when we visit Paris again.

Nice clean room, quiet, very helpful staff, excellent location close to Saint Germain and Toure Eiffel. However my room was not very spacious but unfortunately this is quite usual in Paris.

The hotel bedroom was absolutely tiny. The bed was also a very small double bed. The lift in the hotel was a bit dodgy. the door wouldnt open on one occasion. the hotel staff had to open it for us from the outside. However, the hotel was superbly located. the Eiffel Tower was only around the corner and the metro was very close

It was a surprise, that the breakfast was not included into the price stated in the offer.

Overall it was a very nice European hotel

I accidently left my prescription reading glasses in my hotel room. Once home, I emailed the hotel 4 seperate occasions and called the hotel requesting they send my glasses. They promised they would send. I followed up with two more emails. To date, I have not received the glasses.

The only disappointment was that the continental breakfast was an additional 10 euros per person! But once we got past that, they stay was very nice. I stayed in the family room with 3 friends, and the room was a great size for all of us. The bathroom had 2 sinks, and a nice large bathtub. The room itself was right off the patio. It was convenient for us, but at busier times of the year, it might be annoying to have folks smoking outside your bedroom door.

I had a great time in Paris. I found the room to be a little on the small side however i booked the wrong room I booked a twin supreme when i meant to book a double supreme. It is in a great location.

We had a very pleasant stay here and would use it again. The staff was extremely accommodating and the room for four was superb! Although it was one big room with four twin beds, there was a divider in the room which could be opened to separate the rooms. We simply pushed the beds together, opened the screen and had adequate privacy. The hotel patio led into this family room, and it was as if it was our own private patio. Beware of the daily breakfast charge of 10 euros which is not obvious if you go downstairs for coffee and pastry. There is also a charge for ice! One large cup costs 2.50 euros. Location was Fantastic! And did I mention we would stay there again?

The elevator didn´t work during our 5 day stay and we lived on the 6th floor. We expected that there would be a small refridgerator in the room. The personal were always nice and very helpful.

We were very happy to find - on your site - a possibility to book a family room!! On all other sites we tried it was only possible to book a room for 2 Persons. So this made us book with venere.com - and we will do it again. The service you provide is excellent.
