Location was outstanding, the metro was only a 5 minute walk, Louvre 10-15 minutes away, good variety of eateries all around the hotel, my daughters loved the nearby shopping. The management (three different people) were all fantastic and went out of their way to help and advise us. Breakfast was pricey but we ate for free due to a very minor problem with our room (which was corrected immediately). I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Travel tips, you'll tire of walking very quickly buy a multi-day pass for the tour buses and or the river bus. You can save lots of cash on meals by eating at the bakeries. If you go to the Louvre be there early when the doors open and avoid the long line up and mid-day crush. Eifel, very long cue, hours long, if you're somewhat fit save time by taking the stairs it's only a ten minute wait.

Hotel was amazing for the price. Great location for walking around Paris esp to the Louvre and Hotel de Ville. Metro is just round the corner and is only one stop to Chatelet where the RER to the airport leaves. Staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The room was a reasonable size for two people and the bathroom was huge compared to the majority in European hotels. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will use it again when I'm back in Paris.

Location-excellent.Cleanliness of room-very good.Room 520, however, is an attic room that can only be accessed from the fourth floor using a very steep, narrow staircase. You are required to lug your suitcase up and down this staircase.

We had a very bad experience from this hotel. We arrived at 4 pm and the room was not ready. We had to wait one hour. Our room was at ground floor, very noisy from resepcion and breakfast. The room was small as we expected. But also very dark. Felt like to stay in the basement. And bathroom not clean. They made up the room very late every day. Sometimes late in afternoon. Some days they made the beds but not on the same time clean the bathroom. They came back later to clean the bathroom. Specially the lady in the reception at day-time was not serviceminded. The guys at night-shift much better. We will defenatly not stay here again.

Small but clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Central and safe location. Walk to Louvre and Opera House. One minute from Pyramids Metro. Helpful staff. Breakfast is expensive so go to nearby cafe's instead.

The room was small but not tiny and exactly what a couple who spent all their time walking around Paris was looking for - somewhere to sleep.

The room I stayed in was really small, but not only that it had the bathroom down stairs and the bed on a second floor which seemed like an atic. It was clean but really unconfortable.

We were disappointed to have to move to a different room after the first night of our 2 night stay. The breakfast was very basic. The price charged was slightly more than that quoted.

Hôtel très bien placé, déco et accueil sympa. Le simple vitrage de la chambre laissait passer de l'air : pas gênant en mai mais je n'essaierai pas en hiver...

We stayed only for the weekend. As most of the hotels in Paris, the room was quite small and noisy due to the fact that many small rooms are fitted in a small space. However, the location is perfect.I would recommend this hotel for short stays.

Our stay at the Lourve Opera was nothing short of wonderful. The hotel itself was just what we wanted. The location was perfect, the resources available were good, and the staff was extremely helpful. One of the staff, Christine, is a wonderfully lovely lady who is extremely helpful and a joy to talk to. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location is great. Walking distance to most sites was definitely a plus. The room is small but efficient, clean and nicely decorated. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We opted out of the breakfast provided at the hotel and strolled around the corner to a coffee shop.

I really enjoyed staying at the Louvre Opera. The hotel is very clean, and the decor is lovely. The daily room cleaning was done with great care. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. The location is excellent, and I was able to easily walk to most attractions. The only discrepancy I came across was regarding the airport shuttle. It lists this as one of the services on the website, but it is not actually offered. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is situated in a quiet side street, within easy reach of the Metro, Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, walks along the Seine, etc. My room was on the top (third) floor, and very quiet. It was on two levels, with a connecting staircase between the bathroom downstairs and the sleeping area above, so might not suit someone with a mobility problem. With temperatures in the 30s, I was particularly grateful for the air conditioning. Staff were helpful and welcoming. The reception area has a comfortable seating area with a small library of books, both French and English. I have only two minor complaints. I arrived just after 1 o'clock in the afternoon, but my room wasn't available until 3.30. Also, the web site gave a price of 99 euros. I assumed (mistakenly) that this would include breakfast and didn't realise until I settled the bill (114 euros) that it did not. There was none of the usual information in the room about this nor about services generally. That said, I would certainly recommend this hotel to others, and use it again myself.

Yes, the room was small, as I was warned. But the closets were big enough for our clothes, and the bathroom was actually spacious and really nice. And then it's the location: I wasn't sure wether it would make a great difference to live in the centre of everything, but it was really wonderful. Nearly everything is within walking distance. And it's quiet and ver, very clean. I might chose the Louvre Opera again, as far as knowing that what I get is great goes a long way.

Greate location for tourist, close to the Louvre and Opera. A couplme meters there is a metro station "Pyramides"; the office of Tourism were you can the Paris Visite pass for public trnsportation, the museum pass and information for many atractions. Also there is a supermarket Monoprix, I guess, across the Opera Street. If you wish to take a city tour the bus "l Open Tour" has a stop just a couple meters form the hotel. the hotel look exactly as in the pictures.
