The staff was very nice and helpful. However the room we got initially had a few problems, the bathroom lights did not work and the bathroom ceiling leaked. Our room was changed the next day and we had no problems in the new room. The hotel is not located close to any of the touristic sites but it is a 10 minute walk to place de clichy and buses to all the sites can be easily found there. The metro is close by as well, so getting around was not a problem.

Hotel is comfortable, although rooms are small (typical of Paris). We were pleased with our room at the back of the hotel, but others were asking to change from a room in front, where they found the noise level from road traffic and an adjacent rail line kept them awake. Hotel is not in a major tourist area, but the neighborhood of fashionable apartments and a famous street market make it pleasant.
