We stayed 4 nights, the first 2 nights were in a small room where you can hardly walk, but it was quit. we changed rooms due hard bed and small room. 2 other nights in the front had more space and bath but the bed was still terrible!

We went to Paris for four days, tourism. Great location, at the heart of Paris. Good service. Staff very helpful with information that we needed. Rooms small but clean and convenient enough, nice bathroom with a bathtub. Did not have meals at the hotel. There are many places to eat in walking distance from the hotel.

Nice modern hotel in a traditional building. Very satisfied with hotel. Location was a bit closer to the grands Boulevards than we expected. Brilliant for shopping.

I stayed here 6 nights with my teenage daughter. The location is excellent for shopping and restaurants and is convenient for transport (10 minutes walk to Opera metro and Roissy aiport bus station). Service of staff was good,a senior staff even sent me the coffee making facilities personally to my room. However, I still think it is overpriced compared to other hotels in other major European cities with the same quality I have stayed. The room is small, a little noisy as walls are thin and I could hear garbage truck every morning. There is not enough space to place the coffee making facilities near the electricity plug except on the floor. As the venere website did not allow any indication for 2 single beds (only double bed was indicated),I have to send few emails to venere/hotel for this request. Hotel replied that 2 single-beds room is not availble since I did not indicate at time of reservation when I was not even able to in the first place. After few email compliants to venere/hotel i still could not be sure if my request could be granted until i reached the hotel the very day. Map to hotel is not clear, map should show landmark such as Galeries Lafayette which one can never miss and is very near the hotel. Will stay again if the price is lower.

This hotel is convenient if one wants to stay close to the Roissybus stop on Rue Scribe near the Opera Garnier. It is within walking distance of the stop, even with a couple of suitcases. However, that would be the only reason I would stay there. The rooms are incredibly small and with few amenities. We were told that the Mayor of Paris designated the date upon which the air conditioning could be turned on - sounds strange to me. It was much too warm in the rooms and hallways and no recourse. Breakfast was 13 euro and was very limited for the price. There must be other 3 star properties which are more appealing than this one. Definitely pricey for the quality.

Excellent location. Incredibly kind staff - especially the receptionist who works the day shift (don't remember the name) - that's what a hotel staff should be: he ran out and got me the medicins because I wasn't feeling well while I was waiting for my airport transfer, and I didn't even ask him to do so!Unbelieveably kind. Rooms are ok, not small at all, bathrooms are great! (only the hallways are a little smelly, but whatever). Reccomend!

First time I stay in Paris for 4 days. Hotel location is excellent for food, shopping and station. The room is a bit too small. A electric kettle should supply in every room. As a whole the hotel is good. I will stay again if I take trip to Paris.

This was my first trip, and it was exciting. I found the location of the room to be great, but the size was really small. I don't think I got enough room for the money. I believe the cost was what it was because of the location. I would stay again should I visit the area. I was traveling with my neighbor and friends.

Typical tiny Parisian bedrooms but with a bath and shower in bathroom. Fantastic location, very very central -prefect. And don't miss out on a coffee on the 10th floor Roof Terrass of Printemps overlooking Paris!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights (couple 50+ from Ireland). Very good location. Close to shops and walking distance to most central places in Paris. Lots of places to eat etc. close by. It is situated on a small but busy street which was surprising quiet at night - our room was at the front and the windows were open onto the street and the nights were Friday and Saturday in June. The reception area was in the process of being redecorated when we were there so we were not able to use the coffee bar etc but it looked nice. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful - offered umbrellas when they saw us leave the hotel when it was raining, were helpful at giving directions, etc. I would recommend this as a good hotel and an excellent location for exploring Paris. Close to the metro and the Roissy Bus - express bus for the airport is very closeby.

Good location near Gallerie Lafayette and l'Opera. If you are looking for a basic place to stay near these sites this will do. Don't expect anything more than a room to stay in.

Although it was able to stay comparatively cheap since it was the time of OFF, it may be discouraged when it becomes more than this price. However, all employees were very kind, and touch was good and was able to stay happily. It is thought that most was a traveler.

Ideal place for shopping in Galleries Lafayettes that are just round the corner. So you can come back with the bags or for a siesta.

I fully recommend this hotel. After reading through the comments of previous customers of this and other nearby hotels, I decided to book in the Best Western Opera d'Antin. Very well located, quiet street, very good response of clerks regarding questions of how to move around, money exchange offices and taxi reservation for hotel-airport transportation.

Location great. Room a bit small.Air conditioning was very good. Near Roissybus to CDG. Near big stores. near Metro and RER. Very good value if you don't want to spend a long time in your room - but who does when you are in Paris.

The hotel is located in a central area close to the Galeries Lafayette and Printemps shops. Lots of cafes and resturants just down the streets. The room is reasonable spaious for two, bathroom is clean. Best part of it, all best western hotels provides the coffee & tea maker but you will have to collect it over the counter. Worth staying for the price paid.
