We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was friendly and a great help for directions, tours, and information. Breakfast was good and generous with a nice variety. Given the cost of things at other eateries, it was a good value.

Staff was very helpful; location terrific and the room based on European standards was more than adequate. It was very clean, beds very comfortable, with the use of optional safe, in room bar/ref and in room coffee/tea daily. WE loved the thick, pluffy towels and beddings:) A marvellous last minute find; very convenient for walking and next to Gare Saint Lazare.

We clearly recommend this 3* hotel. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, very clean and quiet. The hotel is well located with easy access to public transports and monuments. The only negative point is the price of the breakfast. Far too expensive!!! (EUR 16 per person) Just walk 5 metres, and you can get a bakery/café and have a typical French breakfast for much cheaper (EUR 5 per person) The staff is polite, helpful and smiling and provides a warm welcome. The check-in was amazingly quick. For this price, that worth to save the money from a 4* hotel and enjoy a true French bistrot in Paris.

Very good hotel, very clean, which is important to me. Staff helpful and friendly and speak many languages. Was a bit difficult to find according to hotel-provided directions. Instead of walking from the RER, recommend taking the Metro to San Lazare. Location was a bit different than advertised, but not bad. It was just two stops to the Louvre; however, getting to the Empire State building was a bit more challenging. Breakfast was good and affordable. Overall, a good stay, and I would stay there again.

If you want to go to Paris and don't want to stay in the touristy areas, you should stay in this hotel. Very quiet hotel, super clean, very friendly staff and the best thing food is within walking distance. about five to ten minutes walk to gallery lafayette and opera. overall, this is a great hotel. it's a bit small but it's worth it.

Atlantic Hotel gives a very consistent impression of a budget hotel. A family stay (3 persons) was very good and there was no inadequate expectations from our side. With Paris accommodation generally very expensive, Atlantic Hotel provides reasonable quality of the service – room was spacious enough for three, good window packets give sufficient sound isolation from the street, we did not experience any disturbance from the neighbors as well. Bathroom was very clean and spacious, which is unusual for 3* hotels in Europe in general. Bed linen was always clean as well as towels and the room with bathroom as well. This is quite important when you travel with a family. We spent May holidays there and were very satisfied. The staff is always very welcome, there is no language barrier, if you ask in English, you are spoken to in English. Use of business center (to print boarding pass) was free and available 24/7. As per my pocket, 195 EUR per day is quite high for basic clean room, but there are no surprises in terms of cleanness, lavatories, etc. Everything else is extra - breakfast as everywhere is overpriced and scarce - 16EUR per person and Internet wifi is at 22 EUR from hotel per day or 10 EUR from Orange which is a rip. Look for Wifi networks around – there are cafes around with free wifi and you can hook up from your room – sometimes.

Went to visit friends who live just round the corner from the hotel so location was perfect for us. Walked to Montmartre one day. Room comfortable and staff extremely friendly and helpful giving us useful information about the blockade and demonstrations. Would definitely go there again.

Hotel bathroom had no shower, only a bath tub. Room heating did not work very well, and did not warm up bathroom at all. Was very cold, and it was only October. As with other hotels in Paris, I suggest skipping the expensive breakfast and going to one of the many nearby cafes. Other than these complaints, The room was nice and hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

This was our best hotel in Paris. The room was clean but a bit small. Nearby there are bakerys, restaurants, stores and a metro and trainstation. It's close to the opera and if you like to walk you can walk to Montmartre.

Kinda lucked out with this hotel. Right in the middle of things, easy walking distance to everything we did in 3 days. Rooms pretty small, no frills...but only used for sleeping and a shower. Most of the desk folks were friendly. Nice bar area in lobby. Easy walk from train. Given the rate, I would stay here again.

We had a triple room and it was really good. The only bad thing was, if we opend the window, the aircondition stopped, but although we had the a.c. for 5 degree, it was really too hot in the room (we stood in octobre!). We don t know, why the a.c. was not so cold. But the hotel was excellent and you could reach all things by feet an a few minutes

A very nice hotel. Near the Opera and not far from Louvre. Good quality for the price. Clean rooms and bathroom. Very nice and helpful reception employees. But there was a little problem - we ordered the room without breakfast and actually didn't have any, but while check-out we were billed for two couple breakfast (64 euro) told our room appears in their journal. The problem was fixed and we didn't pay for that. But we think they have to improve the way of register in the dining room. Nevertheless we still think the hotel is just a good choise for staying in Paris.

We stayed at the Atlantic Hotel for 4 nights in May 2009. Hotel is in a good location, adjacent to Gare Lazare. Cafes, restaurants and the metro is nearby. The room we had was surprisingly quiet given the location. The room itself, by Paris standards, was adequately sized, and the bathroom included a full tub and was good sized. The room and bathroom were very clean and were probably recently rennovated. The Hotel is in walking distance (if you like to walk) to the Opera, Louve, Champs E., Eiffel T. Service desk was efficient and helpful. Paid 115 E per night, breakfast not included.

Great hotel for the price - very clean and quiet. Bathroom is something special! Even with bide. And towels are white and very soft. Impressive. Found everything I needed in the room, including tea/coffee maker. Not much of a view but very quiet. I ordered the breakfast in my room - cheaper and convenient, just enough food for typical Parisian breakfast. Overall - great impression.

Good location, nice size rooms for Paris. Some staff members very friendly, others less helpfull, and not warm to children. Hotel generally very good, and would return again. Breakfast very expensive, other places close bye cheaper for meals.

A bit disappointing for an international hotel chain, however, recently renovated. Staff less than helpful, but hey you are in Paris, don't expect much more. East walking distance to the Champs, Printemps, Metro and some really nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Try the cafe on the corner for a great continental breakfast rather than the hotel which is four times the price.

Bath room was very spacious. The room was typical Paris - nice Bed, desk and not a lot of room around it. Good breakfast but pricey. Instead go down the streat - great bakery.

An excellent hotel. The best I've found in Paris in this price range. The area near the hotel has plenty of places to eat and drink (coffee or otherwise). The proximity to St Lazare station makes travelling around very simple (and cheap) and there is a VELIB cycle station right outside.

The france employes of the hotel were really poor of simpaty and welcoming people. The only who was good and pleasent was a German employ !!!! The room they gave us was painted in the morning and the smell was terrible. We asked for a change of the room. Price is really high for the service they gave us.

We stayed in a triple room on the 3rd floor (1 double bed + 1 single bed.)We had originally booked for 3 days, but had a change in our itinerary and the hotel was able to accommodate an extended stay for 3 additional nights. There is a lift so having lots of luggage with us was not a problem. After spending time in a small hotel room in London, we were happily surprised at the spaciousness of the room. It was quite clean and, despite facing a street, very quite when the windows were closed. The air conditioning was poor so it got a bit warm at night. This might be a problem for visitors during the summer months. While the breakfast was a bit expensive, there is a restaurant next to the hotel as well as a delightful breakfast/lunch place a few doors away from the hotel. The only negative was the proximity to the Garre St Lazzare. The streets directly adjacent the station are best avoided at night. During the day, the hotel is very close to some excellent shopping (Galleries Lafayette and Primptemps on rue de Haussmann.) The Louvre was an easy 20 minute walk away. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others as well.

Arriving quite late at night, we were initially a bit disappointed with the size of the room, as it seemed to be somewhat smaller than the photos had suggested. However, in all other respects there was nothing at all to complain about. The staff were friendly and helpful, facitities as expected from the website, and cleanliness was very good. The hotel is a five minute walk from the nearest metro, and from there another 5-10 mins to most of the attractions. Enjoyable.
