Best Western Premier Hotel Galileo - Padua

Modern hotel, large clean rooms, large clean bathroom (rectangular toilet seat!). Real king beds. Rather dark hallways. Staff a bit clueless about the wifi,telling me it only worked in the lobby (works fine in the rooms). If you and your companion want to surf the net at the same time, you will need 2 passwords. Medium walk to the train station. Not many cars parked, meaning not busy? Nice place.

Only stayed 1 Night - reception staff very friendly and helpful - taxis requested and arrived in few minutes. Staff in breakfast room very helpful - really good breakfast - good choice - never experienced this with other Italian hotels. Bar staff friendly and knowledgable. Would have liked a bath but this was my fault in not requesting room with bath. Overall really good value - would choose this hotel again.

Fantastic hotel, very cheap!

The hotel is walking distance to the city centre (20 minutes), but the way is not too pleasant. The hotel is clean and sterile, including the breakfast room. In the room you will not find even a pen or paper. It is certainly ok for a business trip but when you are on holiday you do not feel comfortable. Unfriendly and unhelpful lady at the reception desk, whereas her colleague was the contrary: really welcoming and very helpful. As Padua does not offer many solutions, the hotel is certainly a good choice, but you should know what to expect – and what not.

The only one very little problem - the room temperature was fixed between 26 and 27 degrees without possibility to change.

Excellent 4-stars hotel at a great price (64 euros). Both the down town and the rail station are reachable by a twenty-thirty minutes walk. In five minutes you cross the river and are in the city.

Hotel was good walking access to the city could be improved by direct access to walking/bicycle lane Via Trieste (locked up by fence).

There was a group of youngsters in het hotel, who made a lot of noise the first night. I heard there were some problems. The second night everything was perfect, no noise, even with still the same group in the hotel. For the rest everything was very satisfying.

A very clean and fresh hotel!

Pretty decent hotel, with reasonable facilities. Shame they charge a substantial fee for using anything beyond your room, and the location isn't great (neighbourhood pavements look like they've been under construction for some time!). Still, if you have your own car, or are visiting outside of the hot season, it would be a pretty great place to stay and for seeing the city.

Hotel restaurent can not cope with all clients,i think more staff or serve simple pastas in the bar .not everyone wants to get a taxi to eat a meal in the city center.this is my 4th stay the only thing that lets it down is the food available---- not good enough for a 4* hotel.
