Room was perfect. Very clean and with all the comforts.

A simple but comfortable hotel, which is located conveniently and is staffed by friendly English-speakers! Everything was clean and I have no complaints.

A pleasant stay,comfortable beds,a really comfy chair and footstool that I wish I had at home shame there wasn't 2 of them !It was very convenient to have the cafe situated inside the hotel.

We requested a smoking room and though the hotel is non-smoking, we were not aware until check-in. The room was small for the price. Location is perfect for the gay and straight crowd and that was appreciated. The breakfast was phenonmenal! The staff was very helpful and professional.

Location and signing of hotel very poor if approached from main shopping street. Entrance not in address given. Cold reception area, not very welcoming. Cafe poor and expensive in spite of discount offers to guests. Good location.

This hotel is terrific. The location is dead center of town, so easy to see sites or take public transportation. The breakfast that is included with the price of the room is delicious (local lox) and plentiful. The environment of the hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. The room is spacious. Norway is so expensive but this is the best deal in town! Also the airport bus drops off and picks up right outside the front door--this is a major plus in terms of convenience and should be highlighted more on their website.

The position was good even though a fair step from the railway station. We booked some months ahead and requested a non smoking room but there were not any available when we arrived. The room smelt very badly of smoke but was fixed by spray deodorant supplied and open windows.

A good very centrally placed hotel that was as described. The breakfast room was small and very congested in the morning, but the choice on offer was quite wide. This can be recommended as a medium class hotel right in the centre of Oslo.

On the whole the hotel was OK, but .... it was a terrible traffic noise throughout the the whole night (room nr 315)

The location of the hotel was excellent. Within walking distance of a lot of the main sites. Plenty of eating options in the area. We stayed here twice, the first time we had a larger room facing the street and the second time we were give a smaller room at the back which got hot in the afternoon. Breakfast was good, cereal, toast, hot food, yoghurt, cold meats and salads. Check in was efficient and we were generally pleased with our stay. Bit of a walk from the station.
