Best Western Airport Inn & Suites - Orlando International Airport, Orlando

Stayed for one night, very basic hotel. Ok for one night's sleep after flight, but I would not stay longer.

There was a smokie smell in the room when I first arrived

Very comfortable stay. Shuttle was important for to and from airport and was clean and comfortable run. No Restraunts really close to ear at but 10-15 min. away was International Blv. was there was everything under the sun! What a facinating area.

Nice and comfortable hotel, close to the airport. The complimentary breakfast was fine, our kids loved their selfmade waffles. The hotel was good value for the money.

I had to call twice from the airport for a shuttle. I was travelling with my son and 4 year-old grandson and once our ride arrived they accommodated us and our many pieces of luggage. Once at the hotel the staff was very friendly and continued to be friendly throughout our stay and beyond. The room, however was dirty. I swear the beds were made without changing the sheets. There was hair on the bathroom floor and it seems housekeeping forgot to put out the toiletries. My grandson ran a car under the table in the room and it was filthy on the floor. I noticed the baseboards were filthy and left a note for housekeeping that they should be cleaned. The breakfast served was minimal; no fruit left but there was something to eat. We left the stroller in the room and received a call back from housekeeping that it was found. We were very greatful for that. Was glad we only stayed there one night.

You can depend on Best Western why? because it is the best!!

There was no service when we needed something brought to our room at night & when the maids did not replace drinking cups. Although they did a good job cleaning the room. The pool was in an AWFUL location - virtually in the parking lot! We never used it. And, worst of all, our key card mostly didn't work for the entire week we were there! We nearly always had to have it rescanned when we came back at night. Very inconvenient & irritating!

Good hotel, nearby airport, interesting if you are tired after a long flight. Breakfast included, but not enough tables, so you have to wait for an empty table.

I booked through a website and found room prices quoted at $69 however, when I booked I was only able to get one room at that price and the other at $79 which caused me to book each room separately which is confusing. When we arrived at the hotel we paid $69 for each room. Why the confusion on the web? We've stayed at this particular hotel several times before as we like the location and the hotel transportation to the airport and we will stay there again.

Their shuttle service is economical and efficient.

I wanted a clean room after a long flight in from the UK. Having studied feedback on Venere sites I selected this hotel - and was SO impressed that I commend it to anyone. This is excellent value and I shall always look at feedback from Venere customers in the future. Staff-excellent, facilities here - great, value - top marks. Thanks for the chance to tell others!

When we took our daughter to her new job, we stayed at Hotel Best Western Airport Inn & Suites in Orlando, Florida. What a great experience! The area surrounding the hotel isn't fancy, but there is a great Waffle House next door that takes about 20 seconds to walk to. The room we got (2 queen beds) was clean, had a home-feeling to it. There was a large sitting area with a couch and coffee table, computer area with 2 chairs at the desk, large bathroom, and a kitchen-type area with a sink, microwave, frig. A room safe is provided for your valuables. The hotel had a free shuttle to the airport that ran hourly (took about 5 minutes to get to airport), and a simple but yummy, hand-cooked breakfast awaiting us in the am. Complimentary cocktails in the lobby topped off our evening. We were totally pleased and plan on staying there again!

The price was great, for being so close to the airport. Only drawback is that there are extremely few places to eat within walking distance. Hotel provided shuttle to airport and were very timely.

It took the shuttle longer to pick us up at the airport than they stated when they called. Since we didn't have a car, we asked about eating out. They stated restaurants near by and said they were near/at mall location which was about a mile and in walking distance.They also said the streets would be well lit and not a problem to walk in the dark. We walked and it was more than 3 miles and on a busy highway. There were no street lights and so we had to call a cab to get us from our location. If they had told us the real distance and dangerous walking conditions, we would have called for a cab in the first place. Other than this the room was actually quite nice.

I called to have the hotel shuttle pick me up at the airport. No one came for me. I called again and 1 hour later I was picked up. I believe the hotel knew they had a family of 4 coming in after me and they did not want to come to the airport twice. When I got to the hotel the 2 desk clerks could have cared less that I waitead for over 1 hour for the shuttle. I was very very upset.

We left a stuffed animal at the hotel and called the next day to see if they found it. They did and took our name and address to send it to us. 10 days later we still did not have the animal. We called again and they said they did not have it, call back later. They finally found it and mailed it to us in a timely manner.

It was fine.
