We stayed there a month. The people were wonderful. Especially, when we got sick from something we ate in Munich over Christmas. They couldnt have made Christmas "flu" more wonderful and comfortable. Room service was never so much appreciated. The laundry service was awesome. It was all the little things that the staff did that made the stay wonderful. My daughter loved her little candies on the pillow every day. The view was wonderful of the local farm and Alps. A new TV with a DVD player would have been nice. The staff was wonderful. They should have complimentary breakfast like all the Best Western's in the USA. Since the Best Western is based out of Arizona, USA! We had a wonderful time. Their guest at New Years Eve were classy, respectful and very considerate. We had wonderful time. Danke!! My daughter loved being able to help put up the Christmas tree. It was a wonderful visit because of the great staff. They all speak English very well.
