Conveniently located hotel a few steps south of Munich main station. The area is slightly seedy, but I had no problems. The hotel is clean and efficiently run. Rooms to the front are somewhat noisy. I stayed there between a late flight arrival and early morning train departure which is completely ok, but for a longer stay you might want a more personal and central venue.

Faultless service and accommodation with an non requested upgrade to a suite at no extra cost. The first mini-bar pricing scheme I have seen that is not a rip-off. Highly recommended for its central location and access to all the major sites of interest. When I return to Munich I will use both Best Western and book through Venere.

As it is on the main street, the whole night was disturbed by the noise from automobiles. The provided facilities are not getting to the standard of 4 stars. The socket near the desk did not work in my room and it took me almost half an hour to set the power supply for my computer. But the room is very clean, the breakfast and network with extra fee charging were good, so my family enjoyed the stay.
