Room a bit austere, but perfectly adequate. This is not a hotel for a quiet stay, but nor is any hotel in the Porta Venezia area with its frequent sirens and rumbling of the metro. But the location is superb apart from that. It is very close to the metro station and just three stops to Duomo, there is a tram to Centrale Station, and there is a good supply of restaurants in the area. There are plenty of shops in the Corso Buenos Aires for anyone interested in shopping. The only meals we took in the hotel were breakfast. It is a reasonable buffet, not spectacularly good but there was a good supply of most things.

Excellent location, about a 15 min walk to Duomo or shopping district. Subway stop nearby. Serves a diverse and superb continental beakfast. Will definitely stay there on my next trip to Milan.

The rooms were small & cramped. The shower (oner of those "in bath" showers) was impossible to use without wetting the entire floor and surrounds in the bathroom. Breakfast was only "just acceptable". The range of food available was narrow (eben compared to Hotels that cost half the price). Generally, although well located, this hotel does not represent value for money.

Very elegant public areas. Great breakfast service and above average food. Room was a bit noisy due to regular rumbling below from subway/metro/tube. Great in-room large screen LCD flat-screen TV.

The main lobby and breakfast room of the hotel was lovely. Very modern, chic and spacious. However the bedroom was small, crowed and not cleaned very well each day. We were situatated at the very front of the hotel which was irritatingly loud and noisy throughout the early hours of the morning. The supperior room is not supperior but the basic room so I would suggest people not to pay the extra charge for the superior option. Overall the hotel was adequate ideal for shopping area and good enough restaurants. I would recommend the hotel

Very nice situated hotel, nice streets and walking distance to the old centre and shopping area of Milan. You can choose to walk throgh the lovely Venezia garden. The hotel offers OK surroundings, but the room was small and on 4th floor you can hear the metro. The rate was pretty high compared to other "big cities", perhaps due to Formula 1 in the same weekend.

Very warm welcome, comfortable room/bed, good breakfast buffet, just at one of the famous shopping streets, only 3 stations to the dom. good price/quality.
