The staff were excellent and very friendly. Our room was pleasant and comfortable. The one small criticism we have have is that neither a cooked breakfast nor toast were available.

The hotel was quite nice, the rooms were clean and quiet. The sorroundings don`t have anything special, so only stay there, if you have a car and intend to visit Milan, Bergamo and the Lakes (Como, Maggiore). The staff was always helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was quite nice.

Hotel looks like brand new, it's absolutely clean and shiny...! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, well spacious and has all comforts. The breakfast was very good as well. We stayed on Sunday nite and the hotel restaurant was closed but there are a bunch of restaurants just next door. We had a delicious dinner just few steps from the hotel. 2 miles from the hotel is small town called Sotto Il Monte where you can visit native house of the Pope John 23rd.
