The Hotel is very convenient located near the 2 parts (terminals 1-2-3 and terminal 4) of the Madrid Airport, just 2 minutes walks from metro station Barajas and only one station in both directions from the terminals. I ave spend here just the night before the departure and i liked. Room very quiet, no noise of airplanes landing or taking-off. Breakfast very well. Hotel is not right to visit Madrid because is very far from the center.

The hotel is perfect for travellers who need to just stay for a night or two in Madrid and who prefer to be close to the airport. However, the access to the town center is also fast - the metro station is only 300-400 meters away from the hotel. The shuttle service is excellent, the breakfast in the hotel is also fine.

We wanted a referral to nearby places of interest but were offered no help. The next day the representative at the desk was very helpful and he also drove us to the airport (sorry he had not been there the day before). The shuttle service was good to have. The rooms are REALLY small but very clean. Breakfast was ok. Staff did not speak (or did not WANT to speak) english. The center of their town has a quaint plaza with cafes.

Very Good Location: close to Barajas Airport and convenient Shuttle Service. very close to the metro station Barajas. BUt there was no desk-light in my room. It was bad for my business trip.

The room was tiny and hot. When we called the front desk the clerk came upstairs and told us the temperature was fine. We were not "spoiled Americans", we had just spent three weeks in Madrid and had not been uncomfortable. The "free shuttle" does not operate until 6 a.m., a little late for a 6:30 a.m. flight. This should be made clear in the advertising. We stayed here on our last night in Madrid because we had an early flight. There are few places to eat in the area, the hotel restaurant and a Burger King. We took the metro to Nuevos Ministerios to find dinner.

Nice stay. Metro (underground) station (Barajas) is at only +/- 300 m from the hotel. You need approximately 40 minutes to go from the hotel to Madrid centre (Metro: Sol) by metro/underground. The hotel is at just 5 to 10 minutes from the airport away, which you can reach by metro or even with the hotel's free bus shuttle. Despite of this proximity from the airport, the hotel is very quiet.

This Hotel is in ideal location for the airport, the Feria and the Metro to city centre. Don't be put off by the location it looks a long way out. The Metro is excellent and it only to approx 25 mins to get to SOL, the city centre

I really liked this Hotel, the staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were modern and clean. The location was great for people who were on stopovers from the airport and it is really close to the metro which takes you into the city in under ten minutes.

Ideal location for early flights (or late arrivals) from Madrid Barajas airport. Overpriced even by Spanish standards. Only plus point shuttle to airport. Local availability of meals not great only restaurant within walking distance expensive. Would use a more expensive hotel on next trip.

This hotel is close to the airport so it is convenient for those nights you need to layover. The rooms are small, the baths are pretty nice and it is fairly quiet. The room I had with 2 single beds had the beds up against the outside wall under the windows and I don't think the walls have any insulation in them. The walls were radiating cold, I had to turn the heat way up and pull the bed away from the wall to get warm. The beds are not very comfortable either. There is an emergency light in the room with 2 bright yellow bulbs that cannot be turned off, this is very irritating when trying to sleep. The shuttle quits a midnight so if you come in on a late night flight you have to take a taxi (about 10 Euro from the airport). The breakfast is a little above average, pastries, cheese, cold meats and yogurt along with juice and coffee.

A middle sized Hotel, clean and confortable, the single rooms are a bit too small. Free transportation to the airport and wireless connection.

Though its rooms are modest in size, they are more than adequate. Biggest plusses: closeness to Madrid Airport (Hotel has shuttle) and to an entrance to the Madrid metro (three short blocks). Getting into downtown Madrid is easy, though the ride may take 20 or so minutes. Biggest drawback: no decent restaurants in neighborhood.

There were unexpected stairs to this facililty and I was unable to carry my bags up to the front desk. I did receive assistance from the clerk, but the stairs are very difficult for me. Had I known there were stairs I would have chosen another property.

This hotel is 5 minutes from the airport and the shuttle service is frequent. The city center is easily accessible by -metro, subway, underground- and is about 40 minutes away. It is a five-minute walk to the metro station. Excellent staff.

As listed, this hotel is only 5 minutes from the airport. I only had to place a phone call for the staff to send their shuttle to pick me up. Also, it's a 5 minute walk from the Metro subway station; therefore, public transportation to other areas of Madrid was easily accessible. My room was clean with no frills and the service staff was friendly. If you want the convenience of being by the airport and don't mind not being near the tourist areas of Madrid, this hotel is for you.

The hotel was nice just that they need to seem more welcoming. It didnt looked like they liked to answer questions nor help you.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the van driver. Location is very convenient to airport and metro. My son plans to rebook in August.

This hotel is small, but very clean. The bathroom was immaculate. It is very close to the airport with a free shuttle bus to the terminal. If you are going to the airport, this is an excellent place to stay.

The room was too little. Just the bet, a very small desktop, a small closet and a TV in a rack at the wall. Just too little to be a decent hotel room. The bathroom, however, was little also, but accomodating.

I was quoted a room price but when I got to the hotel, they told me that I was quoted a price for a single room, and then was charged more money. Therefore room was really overpriced, for the accomodations presented.

It wa only one night but the ration Quality Vs Price was very bad, if i had to be again in madrid i wont be there.

My single room was small, but very clean and modern. The staff were courteous and competent, The location and shuttle service were perfect for easy access to the airport, and I was very pleased to find it so easy to get to the center of Madrid from the subway station just a few blocks from the hotel.
