The hotel was excellent although they had absolutely no record of my booking with Venere despite the fact I had prepaid the first night. Luckily I had taken my credit card statement to prove this and they have reimbursed me. Luckily also they had rooms so we could be accommodated but despite a vast search they confirmed they had never received my booking from Venere. Can you explain ? Regards

Location was very central - close to public transport etc - rooms were clean and spacious - this hotel would suit the average person travelling around the states. Staff could have been a bit more friendlier - sometimes felt we were a nuisance - overall great hotel reasonably priced.

Reservation was for 4 we got 1 bed then offerd a roon 2 beds foe 200. more finally we got a small room 2 small beds. we were charged a deposit in march and then full price at check out now having trouble geetting the credit also the hollywood area was much further away then ststed and i was in a scotter and had to take a caqb back to hotel because battery did not make it a formal disput will have to be made with credit card company

Awesome hotel, room with patio door to the pool. Though we were upgraded. Good location on the strip with bars nearby. Car park extra but very convenient.

Very pleasant hotel. I didnt like the first room we got because there was no natural daylight, but it was changed for us without difficulty and we got a beautiful room by the pool. The receptionist went to considerable trouble to book us a tour and was very pleasant. The breakfast was fine, and the beds really comfortable. Parking was easy, and I would recommend this hotel to LA visitors.

The hotel was renovating the corridors and looked like a construction workplace. Not nice at all! I don't remember being informed about this, which makes the stay to a disappointment
