Inn Best Western The Cromwell - London

I choose the hotel because of the location and the modern bathroom, but my room was on -1 level - it was quiet, but dark. The staff was very nice and helpful.

This was our first visit to the Best Western The Cromwell and would definetely stay there again. We were going to The Chelsea Flower show and the hotel was very central. We stayed on the fourth floor and had a fabulous bathroom but think we were very lucky as it seems as though not all of the bathrooms were as new. The room was lovely,very modern. We had breakfast out each morning, there were lots of places nearby which were very reasonable. The staff were very friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed our stay.

It is a very good and clean hotel, if you don't mind the fact that the rooms are not very big, but they are ok for two people. Breakfast is not included. If you want to have it at the hotel it costs around 10£, otherwise there are a lot of bars around the hotel (e.i.Starbucks) where you can have your breakfast for less. It is at 1 min walk form the Gloucester tube stop (Piccadilly, District and Cirle lines) and the surroundings are wonderful!!!

I have already told people about how great the Cromwell is. The price is perfect. Location in great. And the hotel/room I stayed in was well kept and clean throughout my stay. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay in London. And next time I go to London I will check in at The Cromwell again. Thank you for a great time in an wonderful city.

This hotel was very convenient to transport. Apart from being able to hear the people in the room above the room was adequate and clean. This is my second time being in London and I woud return to this hotel.

Fresh and clean, room was small but OK for my purposes (business visit) and staff were pleasant and helpful.

Hotel was very close to Gloucester Road tube station with lots of restaurants nearby. Room was brand new, extremely well equipped but also extremely small. Had a double bed but was only big enough for one person for a short stay. Room was on ground floor but not facing onto road. In comparison to rest of room, window was old, wooden frame, didn't close properly, causing noise and security concerns. Overall very satisfied but room very expensive for size.

Good: the location very close to the metro station, the room is very clean, new furniture, new and spacious bathroom, very very nice staff. Bad: very very small room, just space for the bed. Very bad: too much noise from the street (no sound-proof windows).
