Very good hotel.in close proximity to amenities.in a walking distance to hyde park and two different metro lines reached in less than 2 minutes.very convenient...the only downside is that beds are not that comfortable...but given the rate, it is still good...

Room tiny, no bath only small shower. This hotel is not in Kensington as Venere state on their map, it is in Bayswater!

The map you show on the web site is wrong, the hotel is not located in south Kensingthon but near Notting Hill. That one indicated on the map is another Best western. Regards

The hotel is a 2 stars not a 3 hight quality as written on the web. Not noisy and near to the tube station. Breakfast could be improved (service too)
