On arrival the two twins that we had booked turned out to be doubles. The lady at reception was very helpful in coming up with a sensible solution. Accommodation was basic but good and there were no problems. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Public areas were decorated with nice photographs of the surrounding areas and colour schemes of rooms and public areas were comfortable and stylish though space is limited by the building. The computerised bills at the end of the stay were incorrect but soon put right. The hotel is in an excellent location for seafront and centre of town. Can be noisy if windows are left open but sound proofing if windows shut was good.

The room we booked was meant for a family of 4 but we had 1 double and one single bed,the mix up could have been due to a language difference to give the staff the benfit of the doubt. As we were staying only one night we coped. The staff were friendly and helpful and Le Havre is a lovely town worth a visit, quite a surprise.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Accomodation and pool very nice. The map and web details were misleading - it wasn't clear how far outside the main part of town the acoomodation was - too far to walk in. Other than thet - very, very pleased
