The best in this hotel was the professonalism and super friendly attitude of guys behind the reception desk. You get any help you need in minutes and always with smile. Only small minus is that effectively there is no gym which is advertised on the site but just two fitness machines. Location is quite away from the city centre but a shuttle service for ~ 1 EUR you can order from reception at any time makes it up.

Best Western Premier Kraków offers 169 modern, comfortable and spacious guest rooms, including 4 suites, all with private bathrooms, shower, and/or bathtub, magnifying mirror, and hairdryer. Complimentary toiletries are available on request.Moreover, the accommodation amenities include air-conditioning, satellite TV with English-speaking channels and pay TV, radio, free wireless Internet access, direct dial telephone with digital voice mail, mini bar, coffee and tea-making facilities and laptop-sized safe for 15" computers.

By carFrom Warsaw: take the E77 towards Cracow Center. Then turn onto Al.29-go Listopada Street, and right into Opolska Street. The hotel will be located on the right hand side.
From Katowice: take the A4 highway towards Cracow North. At the Ofiar Katynia Roundabout, take the second exit out along J. Conrada Street, and Opolska Street. The hotel will be located on the left hand side.
From Przemyśl: take the A4 highway from Rzeszów, direction Center. At the Mateczne and Grunwaldzkie Roundabouts continue towards Cracow Center. From Al. Mickiewicza Street, turn into Czarnowiejska Street, and at the Ofiar Katynia Roundabout, turn right into J. Conrada Street. Take Opolska Street, and you will see the hotel is on the left hand side.
By public transportation
From city center: take the public bus no. 130 from Galeria Krakowska, and get off at the Różyckiego bus stop. Then walk from Mehoffera Street to Opolska Street.
By airplane
From the Balice Airport: take the A4 highway towards Cracow North. At the Ofiar Katynia Roundabout, take the second exit out along J. Conrada Street, and Opolska Street. The hotel will be located on the left hand side.
