Hotel Best Western Krakow Old Town - Krakow

Excellent city position for hotel and for ease of access to main areas of interest, transport, shops and river. Went to Auschwitz and Birkenau, not to be missed. An emotional, informative and incredible journey.

The Hotel bedroom was very small to be called a double room. I had to climb over my husband to get in and out of bed as the bed hard up against a wall. As the temperature was very high in Krakow while we there we spent as little time in the room as possible as it was stifling only saved by a small electric fan in the room. Breakfast was fine even if it was a little repetative but plentiful apart from the fruit juice which was very obviously watered down. We loved our trip to Krakow but would want much more space in any return stay.

Great hotel!

Very comfortable room and an excellent location just a few minutes walk from both the main square (Rynek Glowny) and the royal castle (Wawel). Friendly, helpful service and an excellent breakfast buffet. Definitely recommended.

Good hotel and great value for money, but we did get a good discounted rate for Wineter.

Photos are poor and do not do hotel justice! Ideally located for old town centre, onlt 5 mins walk.

Only a park opp the hotel which is not a gd landmark to recommend..itis abit away frm the main railway stn..otherwise all is ok...the rm r spacious n gd...

We really enjoyed our visit to Krakow. Hotel very clean although rooms on the small side. Staff very helpful and location marvellous. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Rooms were small. Given a twin room not a double, had to come back to reception to get it changed. Carpets need renewing and extra cost of car parking was not mentioned. However overall our stay was pleasant & good value, staff were helpful and friendly, location was very good.

Small room. Small double bed. friends had smoking room(they are non smokers) and the smell of stale smoke made their stay unpleasant. Breakfast was very average - I wouldn't recommend it. It was our 3rd hotel stay in Poland (2nd in Krakow) within the week, and was by far the most basic within the price range. Location was good.

Great location. Nice room, not overly spacious, but functional, but the bed was typically european hard. We didn't have much luck finding restaurants in the hotel neighborhood but Stare Mesto is just a couple blocks away and loaded with options for food and drink.

An ideally located hotel with friendly staff, the only fault we could find was the bedrooms need a bit of updating- the carpet was marked and the walls could do with a lick of paint. Apart from that we had a lovely stay.

The hotel is very close (5 minutes walking) to the city center and the main square of Cracow. I really enjoyed the stay.
