Best Western Amber Hotel - Special Class - Istanbul

At first I had an unpleasant surprise with the transfer. I have called the day before to ask how much it would be from Sabiha Airport to the hotel, and they said 8 euros. I really liked the price, as I know some other hotels provide free shuttle for 3 or more days of stay. But arriving in the hotel, they have told me that it would cost me 80 euros, and not 8, maybe the accent on the phone mistakenly gave the wrong understanding. In the end they reduce a bit the price for the inconvenience, but it was still much more expensive then taking a taxi from the airport. As we entered the room there was in the bathroom some other guests underwear on the ground behind the door. We felt that the whole thing has not been cleaned, although it looked like clean. It was very unpleasant! The other small things is that they offer tea or coffee for free in the room (what is common in Turkish Hotels) but when you mentioned that it sounds that when you ask you're begging for something and they are being indulgent with the service, what I dislike. In general is a nice and clean hotel, not very far of the most important touristic attractions. The breakfast is fair, but could have more options, as fresh fruits, fresh juices, etc. The rooms are not big, but are comfort enough.
