L'hotel è un po' difficile da raggiungere soprattutto arrivando dalla strada nornale. L'accoglienza è stata ottima con personale che parla italiano. La stanza in dotazione non era molto ampia ( una doppia ) ma è comodissima l'ubicazione dell'hotel perchè passato a piedi l'Inn si è già in centro( circa 200 mt. ) Consigliato a tutti.

Great location and a lovely hotel. Only problem was the directions to the hotel were wrong. We ended up finding the hotel by accident. Would recommend others stay here.

First time in Innsbruck to stay. The weather was not too nice. Therefore it was good that we could reach the historical city centry in 3 minutes on foot.

Excellent and helpful staff. When I discoveerd that I had left my camera in the room after checking out, they sent it to me at the Innsbruck airport in a taxi . Bountiful breakfast buffet, but quite repetitive after 6 days. This seems typical everywhere I went, so it is not a criticism. One of the largest bathrooms that i have had in a small European hotel. Hotel well located with regard to the Altstadt

VERY CENTRAL HOTEL IDEAL FOR SIGHT SEEING. HAS PARKING FACILITY WHICH IS GOOD FOR SUCH A CENTRAL HOTEL. HOTEL IS CLEAN COMFORTABLE AND EFFICANT ONLY DOWN SIDE WAS THE AIR CONDITIONING WAS VERY LOUD AND COULD NOT BE TURNED OFF.

Ottimo albergo in centro di Innsbruck, con personale gentile e disponibile. Ma d'estate la mancanza del climatizzatore in stanza si sente. Ottimo per i mercatini di Natale vista la vicinanza al centro.
