We were just passing through London and wanted a hotel close to the airport. Although the accommodations were quite satisfactory, if we had it to over again, we would stayed nearer the airport to avoid the taxi fares.

For the price, you can't beat this hotel. The staff was decent, but to say they were nice would be going too far. I felt like a customer the whole time and never like a guest, if that makes sense. The worst part of our stay was the location relative to the tube station. The description indicates a 15 minute walk from the tube station to the hotel. We decided to take the H91 bus and were glad we did. The hotel was a solid 1.5 miles from the station.

No hairdryer, beds hard as rock, and not very nice at all. It advertises being close to the airport and the taxi to the airport was $85.00 U.S. dollars to 2 differednt terminals.

You would stay at this hotel overnight prior to a Heathrow flight, and probably for no other reason. The rooms were a good size and beds reasonably comfy - everything is a bit run down looking, but the price is good for London. The hotel has a decent restaurant & a pub, but there isn't anything else in the neighborhood. There is no shuttle service to the airport, but the hotel offers a cab service for L12.50. Sound of planes flying overhead can be very loud, depending on what runways are being used. Front desk staff was exceptionally helpful.

Room was very cold upon entry and warmed up through the night. Noisy because it is directly in the flight path of Heathrow, so early in the morning it was a bit disturbing.

Okay hotel, in close proximity with Heathrow airport on both roads and light rail/tube(subway) system. Only stayed 6 hours, just info time for some shut-eye, so can't give a very accurate review. Service was okay, checked us in a little after midnight, and offer great service to connect to heathrow.

We had to walk several minutes to get a room accross the parking. It was not a hotel, it was a motel, I think.

We were surprised that price did not include breakfast, and we found breakfast quite expensive.

I would never stay here again. This is the type of place that you leave the lights on at night for fear of the unknown. This place needs a major overhaul.
