The Hotel was modern, clean & had nice sized rooms. It's location was however a bit of a walk from the most interesting parts of Heidelberg. It was in a nice, quiet area , but on the far edge. I had read of a helpful tourist card available but there was no TI conveniently located at all & that made the stay more difficult. The information provided by the hotel was vague at best.

The hotel was very clean and close to the main bus station. There was a small problem when we arrived. We booked a double room but the hotel tried to give us a room with 2 twin beds. We complained and showed them a copy of our reservation and they up graded us to a room with a double bed on the 10th floor with a balcony. I would recommend this hotel but make sure you bring a copy of your reservation you might need it.

It is unacceptable for a 4 Star Hotel in an international and highly touristic and scientific location like Heidelberg that they charge 5 € for 30 min WLAN use. WLAN should be free or maximum 5 € for 24 hours. Free WLAN is standard in the cheapest noname hotels and pensions in underdeveloped countries like Thailand, Malaysia and other. I can not recommend this hotel to business men or travellers with global spirit
