Rooms are clean and large, the position is good (8 minutes far from the railway station by walking and 12 minutes far from the town centre by walking). It is a little bit expensive...but it is worth visiting Graz.

Chose this hotel for a one-day business trip. Staff was very friendly; my (small but tidy and nice) room was thoughtfully provided with an extra fan to make the summer heat more bearable. I had to leave early the next day, so I skipped the (included) breakfast, but I'm sure it would have been in line with the general impression.

We came with friends to enjoy a (cold) weekend in Advent time in Graz. Near the centre, just at the tram station. Just nice. A good price/value ratio.

By carFrom the north (S6/S9): at the train station turn left into the Keplerstrasse, then take the second right into the Hans-Resel-Gasse and continue until you reach Esperanto Platz (Esperanto square), which is at the intersection of Annenstrasse. The hotel is directly across the street in the Annenstrasse.
From the south (A2): at the train station, turn right into the Annenstrasse and continue to the next set of traffic lights at Esperanto Platz (Esperanto square). The hotel is directly to your right at the intersection of Annenstrasse and Idlhofgasse.
