A very good hotel for a fair price in a very good location central to all we wished to see in Genova. The staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly. The facilities were all we needed.

We booked for a superior room. I am not sure that is waht we got. Room not all that large and view from window was of a back alley. However the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had been changed because we arrived early although they did not admit to downgrading of the room this I suspect is what happpented to allow us early access to a room - we were happy to leave our bags and go off for the day. Site very central and attractive hotel.

exactly what you expect from a Best Western, very nice inside, clean and pleasant. The room was spacious and the breakfast was good. The location is all right, if you plan to take your car to go downtown... as the hotel surroundings is not pretty at all. But convenient.

Hotel is locate close to the old town center. While this makes it a very good base for exploring the surroundings by foot, the problem is they do not have any parking at the hotel -- one is forced to make short but winding trip to a (public) parking garage. Rooms were very spacious, clean, attentive and quite service. I would definitively recommend it if traveling to Genova for business, less so if arriving by car for leisure.

Ideal location in the city centre and close to main attractions. Though the room was quite small

Hotel is close to the antica part of town, and about 15 minutes walk to the Porto Antica and the Genoa Acquario. THe service is very good, and the rooms are new and clean. Unfortunately the time we were there, the hotel suffered 2 blackouts, one of which I had to carry my sleeping 5-yo up 6 flights of steps. We also asked for the ac to be turned on when we got to the hotel, and after our evening walk it was done. Breakfast was amazing with a very good selection of meats, breads, cereals and sweets.

Excellent location and only a short walk to the old port. Parking is located nearby but is reasonably expensive. Room and hotel interior were quite modern. No complaints about our stay.

Very convenient location. Shame the air conditioning was not being operated. Front rooms very noisy day and night. Needed windows open as rooms got very hot. Staff very helpful.

Cleanliness of the room should be improved and some cracks in the wall restaured. The room was a bit dark. Breakfast is varied and very good. The location is the major advantage of staying in this hotel, every main places of the city being just at walking distance.

Very well located hotel. Very good price to qualtiy. The only drawback is that the breakfast did not inlude hot items, such as scrambled eggs, bacon, etc

Typical with most Best Western hotels, it's good in a nice area. Since Genova is small so this hotel is very well located. Wifi is available but at an extra cost (12 Euro's per day).

Actually stayd there twice :-) The place is really nice - you are in the middle of the city and it takes about 15 minutes to get anywhere you need (main Museums, shopping street or Aquarium). Very helpful and friendly personnel.

THe 'superior' single room was a reasonable size though with a view onto an alley. The bathroom was lovely and spacious. The choice and quality at breakfast was excellent too. The majority of the staff were very nice and extremely helpful. My only criticism is that the guy who was on the desk in the evening seemed always to close the bar earlier than the advertised time but there are places to have a drink close by so it didn't affect our holiday. Also, it's worth noting that there is a short flight of stairs to get into the hotel reception and there were a few stairs to get to my room on the third floor so there could be an issue with this hotel for wheelchair users etc.

The location is outstanding for access to all the major sites one might want to visit. Also located just down the street from two major shopping areas. We found two excellent restaurants. One is located in the Galleria which is just a short walk from the hotel. It is called Europa--excellent food and service. Le Rune is around the corner, half way up the street. Also excellent food and service. The 'old city' is delightful to wander around and again, the hotel is located just around the corner from one of the main 'alleys' of the old town. Good, safe location. Internet available with printer. Very good, extensive breakfast offered. Would stay here again.

The staff at the reception desk were very helpful with directions, suggestions for dinner, and quick responses to requests for assistance. We would definitely return to the hotel- which is an easy walk to many interesting places - and to Genoa.

The hotel was a fantastic stay.A modern and clean building with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was abundant and varied. The hotel is situated in a beautiful and very central part of town. Just minutes away from Via Garibaldi which has recently been inserted in the UNESCO world heritage list, well worth an after dinner stroll , as the architectural charactictics of the palazzi, well lit up by night, are a magnificent experience. The port and of course the aquarium are a 10 minute walk from the hotel. From the port area, you can take a little train like mobile which for 6Eu shows you around town, taking in a beautiul panoramic view of the city while lisening to some clasic italian pieces. well worth the tour.

The only slight drawback was that reception is on the first floor so there is a flight of steps and no lift. The car park was about 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. Very friendly welcome and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
