All was good. Wish I'd known that the breakfast wasn't included unless I paid extra.. but it didn't matter anyways because they end breakfast way to early in my opinion. If you wake up anywhere after 9:30am its not worth buying the b-fast. Also I seemed to mess up their room making system by leaving the room late in the morning. After the second day they adapted.. This is generally a really nice place to stay. I stayed for 4 days.. But for a student it took quite a toll on my travel budget.

Misunderstanding about hotel-taxi-service to the airport. I didn't understand that it was not always available. Not very easy to find it by navigator, hotel is Buonarroti road or Tiro a segno road ???

We were very disappointed with our overall stay for three main reasons. 1 The website clearly states that there is a "shuttle service from and/or to the airport" but we were refused this by the hotel staff. We were told that the hotel never offers a transfer from the airport and we were left feeling very embarrassed in front of the taxi driver who we had to pay €20 for the journey. 2 The night manager ( a man) was very rude and refused us entry to the pool despite the receptionist having told us earlier that it was open at night. Our children were particularly upset by this and the following morning we were told the pool was closed for cleaning. The maintenance worker was quite sympathetic and turned off the cleaning 'robot' to allow us to use the pool for a short while. 3 The breakfast was poor quality especially the hot drinks - horrible coffee / tea and both were nearly cold. I will never use this hotel again and it was a very poor start to our week's holiday in Italy. We arrived late evening very tired after travelling from Northern Ireland. Thankfully we know that the 'welcome' we received is not typical of Italy and is down to poor staff in this hotel.

Great place to stay after whirlwind tour of northern Italy. However, the web site indicated availability of shuttle service. I assumed that the hotel would pick us up at the airport. Instead, it only runs to the airport in the mornings. Also , the coffe (cafe american) was terrible. Needs alot of work there.

A very good hotel in a convenient location with always attentive, respectful staff. The rooms and showers are small and noise does carry, however I find the price to be fair. The hotel is in a good location and most importantly for me they offer a very clean property. We have re-booked this property several times now and will continue to do so when visiting the area.

We stayed only one night before flying back to the US and the free shuttle worked great in spite of the snow! The hotel recommended a cafe right around the corner which had good food and the staff was delightful. A good last memory of Italy. The hotel breakfast was serviceable and available early enough to eat before an early flight. We will definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay for overnight for our flight out the next day. They recommended three nearby restaurants, and the one we chose was very good. Desk person spoke very good English. We got good advice on how to get to the airport the next day. The breakfast was good; typical for Italy. They also have two options for protected parking. As someone else indicated, finding the rental car return at Malpensa is a bit of a challenge -- look for "car for hire." You actually enter a parking area, then on to the car return. Would stay here again on returning to Malpensa!

My biggest complaint with this hotel is the many differences between its description on Venere and the actualities. For example, it is advertised to have "24 hour room service" when in fact room service consists SOLELY of coffee or tea. There was no other food available at the hotel until morning. This wouldn't be a big deal except we arrived late in the evening and were travelling with 2 kids, and I had reserved this hotel in part because of the availability of room service. The beds were not comfortable, the kids beds were actually covered with a plastic like substance. They were also bunkbeds, with the top bunk so high in the air that both of my kids were too scared to sleep up there. The "all day" shuttle to the airport actually only left once an hour, no matter what your schedule actually is. "5 minutes" from the airport is actually more like 20 minutes. The non smoking rooms still had a vague smell of smoke to them. Toiletries were OK, although like many italian hotels no conditioner or lotion of any kind is provided (just shampoo and soap). The breakfast in the morning was fine, pretty average Italian breakfast. If I had it to do again, I would sleep elsewhere before getting on a plane for 12 hours.

The Jet Hotel was exactly what We expected. The main reason for staying is it's proximity to Malpensa airport. The only room available for us was a Jr. suite, so it was roomy and well appointed, if a bit pricy. It was Comfortable and a good place to rest for the early flight home on the next morning. The staff was accomodating and friendly. The surrounding area is nothing to write home about.

Close to Malpensa so great if you are using the airport, as we were. Can ask for tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Our room had laptop [a charge] and LCD television offering CNN and BBC [rare for Italy, we have found]

We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the airport. We arrived very late but were warmly welcomed. The night manager opened the lovely garden and pool area for us, where we finished our vacation in Italy with a glass of wine. We really appreciated the free shuttle service the next day to the airport.

Just 10 minutes away from the Milan Airport, it is very convenient for an overnight stay before an early morning flight. It is in a very rundown neighbourhood and so we had trouble finding it (despite good signage) as it is down a small road that does not look like a fine hotel would be at the end of it. But once you arrive, you find a property that that is nicely maintained and a hotel that is 3-4 star. The restaurant was closed the Monday night we were there, but the desk clerk referred us to a trattoria a few blocks away. Again, the neighbourhood was not impressive and seemed rather deserted but when we opened the door we came across a bustling, busy restaurant with very good food. We are a family of 4 and the room had a separate queen bed and a bunk bed in the ante room, which suited us perfectly. The pool area looked OK, the water wasn't heated. All in all, a great place to stay for a 1 night, in transit purpose. It looks like it caters to the traveling business type well. I wouldn't choose the hotel for a longer stay in Milan though.

Location was not safe. It was in an industrial area. There were no restaurants nearby. There were not shuddles from the airport and the taxi did not want to take you to that area. There was a shuddle to take you to the airport in the morning, but nothing to get you to the hotel in the afternoon. I was not recommend this place to anyone.

This is am excellent hotel. I stayed here with my family (spouse and and two mature teenagers). The quadruple is in fact a two bedroom with an excellent bathroom (much better than an average Italian hotel). Price is OK for a big city such as Milan, but the hotel is located quite far from Milan downtown (it is in fact a Malpensa Airport hotel, in fact, even though a few kilometers from the airport). A car or taxi is a must to reach the hotel (20 to 25 euros from the airport, only 10 minutes away). Directions could be much better, as the hotel is located on a secondary street. If you walk about one kilometer, you can reach the train station to Milan downtown. Good restaurants and pizzerias are located less than ten blocks from the hotel, as well as two Carrefour Hipermarkets. The breakfast is wonderful. Internet hotpoint is provided (as well as a notebook in the room!), but costs too much (6 euros per hour). The professional staff is treated us quite well. I definetively would reccomend this hotel, even as a gateway to visit Milan (avoid driving to Milan downtown).

Good hotel for access to the airport. Facilities were excellent, rooms were new and clean although a little small. The only down side for us was that we requested the family room and when we arrived we were informed that there was "something wrong with the room" and they eventually put us in 2 separate rooms at no extra cost. I suspect there was a booking problem and this was just a cover up. At least they offered a solution.

We stayed for 3 nights, in a comfortable but small room, after a domestic flight from Sicily and before an international flight from Malpensa. The hotel is not as near to the airport as indicated on the Web - '5 minutes away' is optimistic! The taxi fare from the airport was high. However, once we rented a car, all was OK - the parking at the hotel is good. Everyone at Reception were great, the welcome was excellent, and almost all of the staff were courteous and most helpful. The breakfast was a little disappointing - one morning there was virtually nothing left and 2 toasters were out of action. This improved somewhat on the 2 other mornings. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there are 2 excellent and popular restaurants nearby, one next-door to the hotel and another about a 2 minute walk. There is a third restaurant a little further away but we did not find that was as good. There are also a few shops and banks in easy walking distance. The location of the hotel allows easy access to the autostrada to Lago di Como, Lago Maggiore, and to Milan. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Jet Hotel. It was very close to the airport which made travel very easy for us. We ate dinner at one of the local restaurants that was recommended by the hotel and it was delicious. We also enjoyed gelato from a gelateria near the center of town.

This hotel is good for a stop off before leaving italy. There was still a bit of road to travel to get to airport. The surrounding town has very little to offer as a last night in italy. There was no dinner at the hotel so within walking distance of the hotel was a pizzeria were I purchased food that we ate in our room.

American family: we drove here from La Spezia to be near MXP for our last night before leaving in the morning. Generally, everything was fine. It would have been helpful if the staff could know this one specific thing about returning a rental car at the airport.....If your "DEPARTING" from Terminal 1, you have to follow the "ARRIVAL" signs to find the area where the major rental cars are to be returned. From there its a short walk to Terminal 1 ( a bus is available). You can walk into the arrival level and take an escalator (the longer one of the two) to the departure floor above.

This hotel is very convenient to the Malpensa airport. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. Without asking, they provided us with a map showing restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The hotel is in an area that has little or no interest to a tourist, but we booked the room in order to have convenient access to the airport for our flight the next morning. The breakfast is OK but not extraordinary. They provide an hourly shuttle to the airport which was convenient. Cab fare to the hotel from the airport was about $20. There are restaurants, groceries and other shops withing walking distance.

The Jet Hotel was better than I was expecting. The breakfast in the morning was more than adequate, and there were many excellent restaurants very close by to choose from for other meals. The pool was nice and completely unexpected. The 5:00 a.m. taxi for the airport was prompt and the drive trouble free. Train service to Milan was adequate, just check the schedule, and the station within walking distance. Gallerate is a nice little town.
