It was a worst combination of quality/price we have ever experienced... Rooms are small and old, ugly decorated, btw on pictures they looked much better. There were spider nets in the corners and around the TV... TV doesn't have any single english channel, so if weather happened to be bad - you are in troubles... Hotel charges a beach access. Even if there was a horrible storm, heavy rain whole day and cold weather we still had to pay for ''booked sunbeds''.. All the time we had a problems with a/c in our room, and electricity was disappearing time to time - that was quite annoying. Night concierge didn't speak English. Service stuff also didn't speak English. One lady at the reception desk was simply very rude.. That was our birthday on the day we arrived and stuff after checking our passports didn't even wished a happy one, Im not talking about providing a champagne or smth... It was the worst hotel we saw in FDM, and i would say the worst hotel we ever stayed in any other country... It definitely doesn't worth 4*.. it can hardly get 3...

In stipe it was a rainy week-end, we enjoied a lot and we used as well the Beach services and the swimming pool. Everything was perfect. The owner is a Gourmet and it is a pleasure to exchange with him impressions and have some very interesting tips about local cuisine.

Very good accommodation. Appreciated the fact that venere gave a price that was 20 % lower than the hotel was willing to give.
