Everything was great except wifi access in the room which was very poor. Nonetheless, it was good in the lobby. The view from our room was not nice but I would definititely recommend the hotel. It is central and nice. I also recommend breakfast and the restaurant.

The Staff are very, very friendly and Helpful, this seems to be not so much to the accomplishment of the Hotel Director… more to the fact that… everybody in Ireland is very helpful and friendly. “It’s just natural…!” for the Staff I give a 100% Thank you, I can only hope that the Director is aware of how lucky he is it have such fantastic workers. (If I was ever to read that the wages are bad…. And Low…. I would be very angry…. and disappointed). We had rooms to the Back of the Building… and the Pub next door…. Was a little loud…. But we don’t want to say at Cemetery…. Or that the youth should not enjoy themselves, “so fine”. The TV- in the room cannot be turned, so we swapped beds…. So that I could watch TV, (Too much TV- for my sister who was sharing the room with me is no good for her….!:-)). Turning the TV- would have been for both of us a little nicer. The Hotel is expensive…. But so is Dublin…. (How do the Irish with such prices manage and survive…). We booked for two nights, stayed then the third night at: The Regency Hotel Dublin… DON’T STAY THERE… what a Dump…. ! Very Dirty, the paint and plaster was falling off the Walls and ceiling, So the next morning at 7 O’clock we were up and heading back to: "BEST WESTERN PLUS Academy Plaza Hotel" were we stayed a two more nights before heading home for Hamburg. Thank you Ireland-Dublin for filling all my expectations and much, much more.

Very well located for central Dublin, we had two twin rooms both well spaced, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The bar next door was rowdy at night, as was a 21st birthday party on the ground floor but n our rooms we didn't here a thing so weren't disturbed. It's ideal for a short trip to Dublin.

Excellent location, comfortable and very clean room and bathroom. We had a twin room, windows to an inner garden with noisy bar, but when we closed the window the room was absolutely quiet. Unfortunately there is no bar in the room. Good that they provide free internet access. The airlink bus from/to the airport has a stop just in the front of the hotel. Easy and safe access to the city centre, even late in the evening/night.

the hotel was clean and tidy. the room comfortable. we had to keep our window closed as the beer garden was very noisey at the back of the hotel. not a real problem, people have to enjoy themselves.the staff, when needed, were helpful. very handy to central dublin.

Good value for money. There are cheaper places, but this one's location is right in the center of the city, the rooms are cozy and clean, and there's good service. Most hotels of this quality are much more expensive.

City centre hotel. Excellent location. The lobby and public areas seemed new and up-to-date. The room too had been refurbished to a good standard but was tiny. The bed was a decent size however and the en-suite was very clean and well provided. The problem was that the room looked out on to a shabby courtyard with bins. I closed the blind but opened it again at 12.30am,1.00am, 1.30am, 2.00am as the two pubs which had roofed smoker facilities in the same yard, partied loudly and intrusively until 2.00am. I was only staying one night but would noy have accepted that room for a second night at all.

This hotel was very clean, updated in a central location. I would stay there again with no hesitation. The one thing we noticed is the area gets just a bit seedy in the evening, but we did not feel as though it was a threat to our safty.
