It was my first time in the Hotel Best Western Cityplace Inn. I needed an accomodation near the city center and well connected by train (the nearest train stop is Cityplace, red line, more or less 700 meters far from the hotel): I found everything I was looking for there:-) The employees were kind, the room was very clean and nice and the breakfast is super!

I checked in early and got a room key but the room wasn't clean yet. I returned to the motel after checkin and my key didn't work. A key was created for me and then I left the motel after an hour and returned very late that evening to find my key had been deactivated again. There was some problem with the reservation system but the attendent was unapologetic, rude, and unfamiliar with how to deal with whatever caused the situation. I had to wait outside the motel in subfreezing temperatures. I will never go to that motel again.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. This is definitely a 70's decor in the rooms. Maybe just upgrade the bedspreads?
