The hotel is reasonably priced and in a good position in Cuneo. If you have a car, it is cheaper to park in the street outside - free at night and it was no problem at the end of August. Sadly, like other Best Western hotels that I have stayed in, the rooms are lacking in character. Once in your room, you could be anywhere.
