By car
From the expressway A15: take the exit Cottbus Süd, follow the highway B97 through the city until Stadtring and then direction Forst/Görlitz.
From the expressway A15: take the exit Roggosen, make a left onto the highway B115 in direction Cottbus. The second road to your right leads directly to the hotel.
By public transportation
From the train station by streetcar #1 in direction Ströbitz until Stadtpromenade. Change onto bus #15 in direction Branitzer Siedlung to the end of the line. The hotel is to your left.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available from 2 p.m. We kindly ask our guests, if at all possible, to arrive not later than 6 p.m. and to call us in case of later arrivals.
Check-out: we ask our guests to vacate the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

Outdoor parking is included in the price.
Parking in the garage costs €5,50 daily.
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs €14,50 per person per day.
