I'm very happy for my choice The Best Western Hotel Contiental ,it was a very good hotel and i recommend to every one for this hotel,thank you very much

Close proximity to station but quite far from city centre. Staff efficient but not particularly friendly. Shower door over bath broken so floor flooded

It would be nice, if the "Bar" wouldn't close already at 10pm.

Room too noisy (water pipes). breakfast only cold (except coffe) poor service of steward. bathroom really small

Nice, clean, quiet, good service, friendly staff, very close to the train station, OK breakfast. The surroundings are simply ordinary, without any nice views of the lake, but they are safe, easy to access and very close from downtown. There are some good-priced restaurants nearby, frequented by locals. I would go back again, and I do recommend it to families.

Hotel very clean and comfortable

Reasonably priced, near the train station, staff speaks English -- what I was looking for.

The staff really make this hotel. The rooms were very small, made worse by the fact we had a portacot in our room for our infant. But the staff were LOVELY and the rooms were very clean. Good value for money. I would recommend this hotel.

Overall, a good accomodation. Better knowledge of English would have been appreciated although the staff was quite friendly.

No real criticism. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. All towels etc. were changed daily. However, somehow the hotel failed to inspire. It was just a reasonable quality hotel room, which could have been anywhere in the world. There was only one lift, which was ridiculously small (max 4 people without luggage). Breakfasts were adequate, but unimaginative. Had much better at cheaper hotels. Little choice of cereal, rolls or meat and poor quality fruit juice. Stayed there 7 days.

We enjoyed a pleasant stay and the staff were always nice, efficient, and willing to help. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was good too. The sidewalk outside the hotel is broken, with holes that are a menace to the wheels from your suitcases. Everything else is perfect.

Staff were incredibly rude. The hotel rooms were very outdated and shabby. The noise from the hallways was terrible. Breakfast was alright. I would not recommend staying here.

Wi-Fi did not work in our room - it kept losing signal and was very slow and we got numerous security alerts on the laptop whilst using it. To be fair we were given a full refund but if this is a common problem it needs sorting out. Otherwise - a very good hotel and would ceertainly stay again and recommend to friends. Simon Curtis

The staff was great and eager to show us how to get around their city - maps, brochures,etc.(all in English.) Walking distance to the heart of town and the ferry was about 10 min. Breakfast,which comes with the cost of the stay was excellent, the best selection I have ever seen and lots of protein choices to keep you going! There were many gathering spaces in the lobby to meet friends. A newspaper rack in the lobby's sitting area with different countrie's papers was a nice touch.The location is safe but not surrounded by too much natural beauty. The hotel is about a seven minute ride from the train station. While we were there the Italians won over the French in soccer so there was lots of excitment!

Close to station but surroundings unattractive. 15 minutes walk from lake and the old town. More of a business hotel than holiday.

Ordentliches Haus, wenn auch von außen etwas heruntergekommen. In fußläufiger Entfernung zur Innenstadt/See (10 Min) und nahe beim Bahnhof. Service war gut, Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend groß, Kopfkissen aber sehr hart & unbequem. Frühstücksbuffet für italienische Verhältnisse gut und reichhaltig. Insgesamt aber etwas zu teuer, mag allerdings mit der Stadt zusammenhängen.

The staff were all very courteous and helpful. The hotel was easily located from the railway station(as advertized) and centrally located in the town. The room was a little smaller than was expected, but that may be my problem, not the hotel! Overall - thank-you

Excellent hotel and great value for money. We stayed at various hotels across Italy and this was by far the best. Located right next to the lake and in the town centre. Would use Great Western hotels every time after this stay.
