Best Western Hotel Syrene - Capri

Wa s expensive but this is Capri. Standard room was very small, so paid for an upgrade to one with a balcony, which was much better value. staff very attentive and efficient

We go in Capri every year for three or four days. The quality of hotel is excellent

We stayed in the sea view double room.Very beautiful view!

The english speaking young lady at the reception went out of her way to help, advise & organise my excursion to Pompei. Very friendly, polite & efficient!!!

Fantastic hotel in lovely surroundings. Staff were incredibly helpful. Rooms were immaculately clean and vey well maintained. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel!

Good quality hotel, nice swimming pool, quiet and peaceful, good location, recommended. Try and ask for top floor room as it can be quite noisy from above.

Staff very helpfull, effecient and friendly. Excellent value for money.

A little too rich for a Best Wetern, but having a pool makes up for it.

I've visited Capri in the past but never stayed on the island. This stay on the island surpassed all my expectations and the hotel and staff helped make this a wonderful visit. Thank you so much and I look forward to coming for another visit soon....=)=) Donny J Ford, RN

Capri overall is in general way overpriced, which explains why this quite expensive hotel did not meet the expected standards. The room was quite small and not very clean and the smell was almost unsupportable The breakfast buffet was absolutely poor. If you can choose and you don't want to spend a fortune, you better not spend the night in Capri.

Bellissima location nella strada più fashion di Capri, ma l'hotel risulta anonimo, spersonalizzato. Le camere sono belle ed abbastanza spaziose, pulite arredate con gusto e mobili tradizionali...ma questo non significa che anche i materassi debbano essere...antichi...o che non sia possibile metterne uno intero su una rete matrimoniale...

Overall I was impressed with the hotel. The beds were however disappointing giving the cost of the room and quality of the hotel.

La definizione "camera con vista mare" non è ben chiara. La mia era una camera con un terrazzo a corridoio, al fondo del quale si gode di una splendida vista sui faraglioni, ma magari uno si aspetta di vederla dall'interno della camera.....

This is a beautiful place.Our baggage was handled from the dock.1fault we found,however. The bathroom needed a better clean-up job from the rooms' previous user.My wife does not need to clean up someone elses hairs off the floor!! Albeit,the grounds,breakfast,the view,all helped to enhance our stay in Capri. very pleased w/ this property.

Very professional and courteous staff made us feel welcome. Due to availabilty, the Manager upgraded our room at no additional cost. Very nice breakfast. Overall, a great room, with the best bathroom of any of the hotels we stayed at in Italy.
