Hotel Best Western Cannes Riviera - Cannes

Spent 2 nights in executive room,lot of traffic around, room very small, , Prohibitive price, almost 500€ w/ breakfast § car park which cannot be justified, only good point is very good staffs.

The hotel is in front of the SNCF Station, absolutely no romantic or quiet place, I'll be there no more! the tourist tax is not included in room price, pay-radio wasn't 12 hours as payed.

The hotel doesn't allow to take drinks and foods from outside, but i did it anyway. It's too expensive to buy at their vending machine or snack bar. The room is clean, but the carpet is a little bit old.

On arrival at the hotel we were informed that our room had been flooded by the A/C unit and they did not have a room for us. We were extremely angry as 2 minutes later another couple arrived and were given a room. We had booked 6 months earlier. They informed us that they had a room for us at another hotel which we felt was not of the same standard. We did not believe their explanation but as we were very tired from our journey we did not take up further action and headed off to our substitute hotel to get some rest.

The quality of the rooms are quite varying. First we got a nice room in the 6th floor, but the ceeling was leaking, so we wanted to change to another room. Then we got a weared-out room, with an old and dirty carpet. The room was also smelly, probably mould. So we changed back to the one that was leaking, because they couldn't provide another fine room..

Ottima posizione vicino al centro, al mare e .... al casino' ottimo rapporto qualita'/ prezzo camere standard di qualita' :normale suite : super peccato l'inconveniente spiacevole all'arrivo : mancava la prenotazione. stessa cosa riscontrata da altri cliente di altra nazionalita'. evidentemente qualcosa non funziona con le prenotazioni on line oppure l'albergo non le considera visto che i prezzi in loco sono superiori rispetto a quelli offerti da venere.

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff was exceptionally good. Nice room. Breakfast at 14 euros each was expensive, so we made other plans after the first day! Enjoyed our stay and would go back there again.

I was dissapointed with the first room that was given to me but this was changed straight away to another which was a little better as it was brighter. I think the rooms would be better if the paint work was reviewed.

Hotel was average and acceptable for this area. Down points were that breakfast was not included and it was situated on a busy main road. Otherwise clean, and fairly central.

The Cannes Riviera is an excellent hotel offering a high standard of accommodation at an affordable price. The staff are helpful and friendly and it's central location makes it convenient for beaches, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend a visit.

L'unica pecca è che si trova quasi sopra la stazione ferroviaria! La colazione(12 euro a testa) e il parcheggio(14) sono un pò cari! Per il resto,personale gentilissimo e simpatico! Da vedere!

The staff at the Cannes Riviera could not have been more helpful. They made our stay easier and more pleasant. I would definitely recommend the hotel or stay there again myself.

A very nice hotel, close to the train station. The surroundings are not very nice at night, not like close to La Croisette, but the hotel is really very comfortable.
