The location of the hotel is great to access Grand Palace etc, and the cafeteria was clean and served good breakfast. (need more vegetables!) But, unfortunately, we are not satisfied with the quality of the room facilities. - There were not enough towels for us - The extra bed was small and too simple (we never use it) - The shower didn't work well and only a little hot water came from it - Better to prepare more amenities (toothbrush/paste etc) - Internet Service (WiFi) was not free I hope this hotel develop little things (not difficult) because they have good potentials.

A Hotel in a wonderful position : behind la grande place and right beside the central station - you can hardly ask for more . All was fine - the only little shadow the noise relatively early in the morning because of the various trucks delivering to the 4/5 hotels all around the little square .

We enjoyed our stay at this Hotel and was pleased to be allocated a room facing the Grasmarktplein, as requested. The location of the Hotel is excellent! Next to Central station and 5 minutes from the Grand Place.

Location in the centre of old Brussels was excellent - right where the action was although it can be a little noisy at night but that's part of the ambience of this city! Rooms are very comfortable with a good hot breakfast supplied. Highly recommended.

Would be nice if you could recommend some standard taxi with fixed price from hotel to airport (I paid 50 EUR and I expected around 35), or please recommend how to travel via train. Thank you. JB

Beautiful hotel, located on a picture-perfect square in the heart of Brussels. While making the locating enjoyable, it also made it very difficult to find, and I would suggest the hotel provide better directions. The rooms were spacious, quiet and comfortable.

Very satisfied with the room, the location and the service. Much better than other hotels for the same $ in Paris, Barcelona and Amsterdam. Capuccino machine in the lobby was an unexpected benefit and free service - best in-house coffee in all of Europe!! Breakfasts were exceptional value as well.

The position of the hotel is excellent for visiting the centre of Brussels and to reach from the railway station. We had a balcony room which was delightful and it was ready for us early as we had arrived on the early morning Eurostar. The staff were very helpful and curteous and the inclusive breakfast was plentiful and varied. We are in our 60's and visiting different cities and would thoroughly recommend this hotel and the price we paid through Venere.com.

Always a convenient hotel for visiting central Brussels. Handy for everything: shops, restaurants, metro, trains etc. The room we had was spacious but also warm and comfortable. Good value for money.

Very noisy room. The room door to outside didn't shut properly. There was a dumb waiter lift next to my room and it was making noise late in the evening. Other than that it was fine.

We travelled to Brussels with our grownup children & their partners. We all rated this hotel for its very central location and proximity to excellent bars & restaurants. The hotel was very clean & comfortable and of course the chocolates & free drinks machine in reception were most welcome! We would recommend this hotel & would definitely stay there again as it was extremely good value.

A very pleasant hotel with great staff. The room we had looked towards the Grand Place so we have beautiful views. Easy walking to the heart of this historic area and a good range of food - from the cheap and cheerful to more expensive restaurants.

Hotel is excellently sited for different purposes at Brussels. We did'nt miss anything that belongs to a good stay in a foreign city. What we missed strongly was a cosy guest area, where to read a newspaper or have a drink before or after dinner.

The room was so quite, big and clean. The situation of the hotel is the best near of the principals monuments, shops and transportations. I recomend to everyone who visits brussels. The staff is so gentle and nice. Wonderfull place to stay.

Hotel muy bien situado a un pasa de la Grand Place. Tuvimos la suerte de tener una habitación en piso alto con vistas de la Grand Place y de gran parte del centro de Bruselas. Buen desayuno y cercano a todas partes. Hemos pasado dos días muy buenos allí

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to the downtown and right next to a train station. A bunch of us were waiting in the reception for 20 minutes to check in because there was no one at the reception. I did get upgraded to a junior suite which was absolutely a fantastic room. Other than the service which was absolutely terrible, it was a great hotel at a great price. Another time I called to get an iron and no one answered for the phone for hours.

For his location, the hotel is great.but if you have a closer look, it starts to fall apart. 1)i booked a double for 84€/night and it was the fair value,it isn't worth more than that.2)the air conditionning unit/heater is very noisy and it looks like it heats the water as well, first 2 mornings around 9.30 i had no hot water for the shower, annoying...3)coffee/tea is free if u do it yourself and bring it to your room, otherwise they charge 7€.4)we asked for an iron board and an iron, they left them at reception besides the lift, I had to go down to pick it up.5)internet in the "lobby" is 2.5€/15 minutes.Basically it doesn't seems that u are in a four star hotel sometimes... but there's some good things too, the location is brilliant, 50m away from the grand place, excellent!the staff is helpfull but not overly friendly.the room(204)was clean and tidy, looking at the square, lovely, bathroom clean too(cable Tv, belgium flammish french and english channels) The buffet breakfast is fantastic, pretty much everything u can think of is there if u arrive on time. That was the highlight of my day !!! Pour résumer, the hotel at 84€ it's ok, at 150€ no way
