My room was incredibly small, the flush of the toilet didn't work properly, after three days no internet wifi connection was avaliable at the 4th floor. On the other hand breakfast was very nice, as the view and location as well.

We were denied breakfast, despite arriving at 10.27 (breakfast served until 10.30) - told the chef had gone home. The lift shaft was loud all night long, interrupting our sleep.

By car
From Heathrow Airport:
Leave the airport and follow signs to the M4 motorway southbound and then exit at the M25 southbound. Leave the M25 at junction 7 (signposted Croydon, Gatwick Airport), then join the M23 motorway (signposted Gatwick Airport, Crawley). At Mill Road Roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A27 (signposted Worthing), at next roundabout take the 1st exit, then merge onto the A27. Keep in the left hand lane then veer left (signposted Hove, Devil's Dyke), then at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Dyke Road (signposted Brighton) to arrive in the town centre. Follow signs to the sea side to arrive at Kings Road.
Distance is 68 miles/110 km and takes approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
By train
From central London:
