Hotel Best Western Master - Brescia

The only problem we had that although there is a WI-FI we couldn't log in. The rooms & the staff were very good. The breakfast is the same and not that good, but ok.

Excellent hotel. A ten minutes walk from from the center of a real gem of a town.

OK for a solo traveller on a business trip. Rooms are modern, clean and quiet, but really small (at least the one I was given). The pictures on the web site show bigger rooms. My room hardly had space for the bed (only accessible from 1 side), a small table, and a small bench to lay your luggage on. To be able to sit at the table one needs to move the bench, obstructing in this way the door, which can't be opened any more. Breakfast is ok and it is open as of 6:30. The variety of food is reasonable. Cappuccino was good the 1st day, horrible the 2nd day (different waiter). The waiting staff was sometimes helpful sometimes less helpful, but on the average not bad. The "average price" displayed on the web site is 15% lower than what I paid for the room I got. The hotel fee does not include internet connection (you need to buy a "pay-as-you-go" voucher, which costs 5 euro for a half-hour connection. Wireless does not work in all rooms - I had to connect using Ethernet cable). The staff said that the hotel will have flat rate Internet as of 2011. I didn't have time to explore the surroundings but after seeing the pictures on the Venere web site I was expecting a bit more from this hotel. It looks like there's a lot of space around there, but it's not really true. The hotel is conveniently located with respect to the bus stop (bus N.1 only 2 minutes away; connects hospital, train station, faculty of Engineering). Staff is kind and helpful, services are ok, but overall it's nothing really special. I would recommend this for a business trip (but take cost of Internet into account), or for budget tourism, but maybe not for romantic trips.

A very good structure as oftes happens with Best Western. But one of the best breakfast I've ever had in a 4 star hotel.

Perhaps you should indicate more clearly that the hotel is accessible by car. Otherwise perfect.

Ottimo albergo, ben ristrutturato, molto pulito. Camera ben attrezzata, funzionale e spaziosa. Ottimo.

IT TOOK US TWO HOURS TON GET THERE NOBODY KNEW WHERE IT WAS.IN ORDER TO GET THERE ONE HAS TO GO AROUN AND AROUND BECAUSE THE MAINE ST. CLOSE BY IS ONLY ONE WAY.FINALLY THE POLICE SHOWED US HOW TO GET TO THE HOTEL.THEY CHARGE 5 EUROS FOR INTERNET ACCESS EVEN THOUGH WE HAD A COMPUTER

The hotel has parking and is in walking distance to some nice tourist spots and restaurants. The hotel had a very nice breakfast.

Excellent service and hight quality of accommodations. Due to my work I have to travel a lot ( For instance I'm answering this survey from USA, Hotel Hampton Inn, Cleveland / Ohio) And I have to say that the Hotel Master Is very good,high quality and convenient price, my family and my self, really appreciate our good stay in Hotel Master

Miglior affare a Brescia centro per accomodazione - tutti gli altri alberghi sono un po' fuori mano o hanno prezzi troppo alti. commodissimo per raggiungere il centro storico a piedi! altro vantaggio non da poco conto: grande parccheggio gratuito.

A very modern and quiet hotel with excellent decor and comfortable public areas. The Best Western Master exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay there again if we find ourselves in the Brescia area.

Hotel recently renewed, rooms are very good and confortable, excellent value for money. Breakfast could be improved but is on average with other 4* hotels in Italy.

C'ero già stato prima della ristrutturazione e ha cambiato faccia..anzi, è un'altro hotel!Molto bello esteticamente, pulito, nuovo. La camera era l'ideale. Vicino al centro, ma dall'altra parte del tunnel: si deve prendere la macchina a meno che non si voglia fare il tunnel di Brescia a piedi..non conviene! Colazione ottima, varia, dolce e salato. anche se noi siamo capitati dopo una comitiva di Unni che avevano razziato il buffet!! Forse un paio di macchine per il caffe e le spremute in più non guasterebbero, visto che la sala può ospitare tante persone e devi fare la coda all'unica macchina (ma al mattino il ritmo lento va bene!). biglietto in macchina e alla prossima mostra prenoto di nuovo qui!

Clerk at desk helped us to organize two more nights in another Best Western Hotel. This was done very friendly and with competence. (Unfortunately quality / price in this second hotel was far away from the one in this hotel.)

Hotel is still under renovation. A bit funky but on the whole a nice place to stay. Staff very helpful.

Nuove le camere, molto pulite e silenziose. L'hotel è in rifacimento ed alcune aree (reception e hall) non sono all'altezza. Complessivamente buono, comunque, il giudizio.

L'albergo era in ristrutturazione, ma è stato fatto tutto il possibile per limitare i disagi.

A nice hotel; clean and very nice and with a very friendly and competent staff.

A very strange hotel, with small, high-tech rooms that we had trouble figuring out, and a smoked-glass wall for the bathroom that allowed for little privacy. A new wing was being constructed while we were there, making the noise level uncomfortable. But the location was excellent and the parking was free.

Magari sarebbe meglio se si sapesse che fino a Gennaio vi sono dei lavori e doppi vetri o meno il rumore si sente ugualmente! Per il resto ottima accoglienza e personale disponibilissimo, prezzi onesti anche per il mini-bar della camera e le telefonate, camera abbastanza spaziosa e bel bagno.

I had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. The hotel restaurant food is of very good quality and cheap.The employees are very friendly and helpful. I would definately stay there again.
