Excellent hotel and great location. We would definitely stay there again if we are ever in Bordeaux.

Breakfast is very good, with abundant choices. Room small but OK in European standards, I have been in smaller ones at other hotels. Excellent location and parking availability nearby.

Superb location, nice hotel but as often with Best Westerns the reception area is more impressive than the rooms. No complaints though, staff friendly and v helpful and it was a great spot for a couple of nights.

Very good is in excellent position but very difficult to find when arriving for the first time. Access as indicated on city map has now been closed off and pedestrionised. It was necessary to park in the vacinity and walk to the hotel to find out where to park.

Property is located on a pedestrian street,on a pedestrian area,so the taxi could not drive me to the hotel and had to drop me and my luggage three blocks away while it was raining.Consumers should be given that information before booking.

The centre of Bordeaux is a nightmare of pedestrian areas--difficult for us driving our car for the first time there. Otherwise the location of the hotel is excellent. Our room was extremely disappointing. We thought we would have a nice American-style room: good shower, big bed, etc. The bed was dreadful and the 'shower' we were promised was mounted near the taps so it could only be hand-held, not stood under. This room certainly didn't feature in the website photos! We wouldn't return to this hotel. Also, there was no deal on the internet pricing vs the listed hotel pricing.

Overall this hotel met our needs for a short term stay in Bordeaux. Our only criticism though not the hotel´s fault, was that a taxi picked up at the railway station was not able to take us to the hotel door, leaving us to drag heavy cases some distance through the centre of the town. The hotel though was able to arrange a taxi to the door for our departure.

This hotel suffers from a lack of public facilities such as a comfortable bar area and a lounge. It was OK for a one night stopover but I would not like to stay for much longer.

The hotel was in a great location with plenty of restaraunts and shops nearby. The rooms were clean and had all the facilities we needed although a little small.

Small typical city accommodation, would have been straightforward to find except Bordeaux is being redeveloped,...all over! Many tortuous one way systems in operation, and will be for some forseeable future. Good choice of local restaurants in the immediate area.
