The hotel has a privileged location, between the Guggenheim Museum and the Old Quarter and minutes from the main shopping streets and center of Bilbao.

Quite a decent hotel, with helpful staff. The reception area was very nice, but my room was a little run down. All in all though, a good deal & nice location.

Unfortunately I was given smokers room as I checked-in quite late and hotel was full according to the reception. This kind of devalued the whole experience. the hotel was a good option in the sensee of location and value for money. Difficult to find parking, though.

My Husband and I stayed at this Hotel for business. The staff were very friendly and helpful and had great English. the location was great. The rooms were very clean and tidy as was the Hotel in general.

Perfect for visiting all the city by walk; parking is quite expensive, and can be avoided: parking available (green parking, for more than 2 hours!) in the streets behind the hotel.
