Best Western Hotel International - Annecy

Normal 3 star hotel,the facility is a little bit old,toilet and bathroom are seperated in two room, so the toilet is quite small and have unpleasent smell. Not very far from the railway station but not very easy to find. It is located out of the old town. Next time I would rather live in the old town, where have more beautiful sence and more cheap price.

Ridiculously slow internet, extremely frustrating. Otherwise OK. Hotel location not great but not far from the city center.

I didn't notice it was so extraneous form city center. Next time i'll chose nearer from center. That's more my own responsibility to make better choices ^_^

I recommend using the hotel restaurant in the evening. We had a very nice dinner.

We arrived on a rainy night and were told that the parking garage was full. When I asked for directions to an alternate parking garage, the receptionist refused to help. I went to another hotel to ask for help and found that there was a parking garage very nearby with plenty of empty spots. Although this employee was the only rude one, it made the entire stay less enjoyable. By the way, the alternate parking garage was cheaper than parking at the hotel.

Good hotel, comfortable rooms, price is corretct. Only problem was the personnel at the reception, very poor process of billing and chack-out (1/2 hour to pay the bill!)

Carpark is tiny, with poor manouvering space. However, hotel is in good position to visit beautiful old part of town.

Service and presentation were fine. Car park (beneath hotel) is TINY and extremely difficult to park in. Low ceiling, navigating around poles in driveways and VERY tight spaces make parking any vehicle larger than a small 2-door extremely difficult. We had to unload in the driveway as once parked we could not open the doors/boot due to lack of space and the hotel charge for this carpark! Our room was quite noisy (overlooking busy road with heavy traffic including trucks), although the double-glazed windows did block most of this. Location a little hard to find. Breakfast very expensive for what is provided.

Situato a 10 min(a piedi)dal centro è ottimo per chi non vuole spendere troppo. Le camere sono pulite ma un pò piccole. Certo che a capodanno(un freddo terribile) le sfacchinate a piedi,per trovare un po di "vita", mi pesavano parecchio.

Inital impressions of this hotel were not good as it is situated at the edge of Annecy - in a very industrial area. However we quickly discovered that it is a very short walk to the town centre. Having walked round the town we were glad that we did not have to attempt to drive around the one way system. Having a hotel with included car parking is essential. If we were returning to Annecy with a car we would definately stay in this hotel again. If we did not have a car then we would prefer a hotel nearer the town centre.

Photo of hotel very misleading. Fitness suite best yet. No public rooms. Breakfast worth having. Other meals better selection outside of hotel.
