Employees are definitley friendly, helpful, and welcoming. However the hotel doesn't seem to have set standards. After my first night my room was not cleaned. The second room was definitley better however the shower drain had a problem. As a non-smoker I wasn't able to find a non-smoking room, if you are a smoker you could enjoy the stale smell of tobacco. I would only stay here again if it was the only hotel with the cheapest price in the area. Defintiley not what I would expect from a Best Western Hotel, but from a Motel 6.
