This hotel is advertised as a 4 star. Given this we were disappointed with the services offered and the quality of the rooms and breakfast, which are 2-3 star at best. The rooms are basic and in need of refurbishment, and the hall outside our room had an unpleasant odour. A TV and safe are provided but the other amenities expected of a 4 star including minibar, tea or coffee facilities, climate control are absent. The breakfast was very very basic continental. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the museums and conveniently located to tram stops which will take you to the major sites.
