Hotel Barceló Gasteiz - Vitoria-Gasteiz

Un buon albergo, non molto lontano dal centro città, pulito e accogliente. Unico neo il prezzo della colazione (12 euro) e quello del parcheggio (17 euro): cifre decisamente troppo alte.

We found this hotel needs upgrading. The bed room carpet was old and dirty. Breakfast was decent. Staff was helpful. I cannot understand how this hotel could be rated as 4 stars.

We have stayed here five times previously and enjoyed it, but on this occasion were given an extremely poor room which had damaged furniture, worn carpet, and an unclean feel to it. Secondly, during the set price dinner (which included house wine) we asked if we were allowed another glass of wine, and were promptly given a second bottle. But it was not untill we were given the bill that we realised this was charged extra; I felt this should have been pointed out to us at the time. All in all we were dissatisfied with our visit and will be looking for a different hotel to stay at when next visiting Vitoria-Gasteiz at the end of next January.
