ATTENTION TROMPERIE ! Certes le hall est majestueux, oui le personnel est gentil mais: le confort des chambres est sommaire (tapis miteux, poubelles en plastique, mobilier restreint), l'insonorisation à revoir (si vous avez des voisins indélicats tant pis!) le petit déjeuner buffet serait correct s'il ne fallait pas mendier le café et arriver tôt pour avoir le choix. Quant au restaurant, tous les plats arrivent en même temps et à la piscine, il faut compter sur 2H pour 1plat+1café. La piscine couverte est dotée de douches sales et encombrées de déchets. Inutile d'espérer louer une serviette : il faut aller dans le hall principal. Vous avez dit 5 étoiles?????

The hotel is excellent and the room as well but unfortunately the waiting time at the reception make the arrival very disaponting....

Whe arriving , found no tvset in the room, shower tube broken , minibar empty ( needed 6 calls , 2 days and finally management involvment to get some drinks ! ) conditioning device noisy , access in and out to the hotel not easy to be found , potentially could provide much better service , along the beach excessive traffic ( sellers , horses , camels , cars , pick-ups , motor bikes 2 and 4 wheels , etc )
