Large hotel, updated and modern in a residential area, about a 35 minute walk from the old city of San Sebastian. Rooms were quiet and comfortable but they did not have enough storage space. Buffet breakfasts were way overpriced.

i had problem to have internet connection from the room. the hotel charges too much for using the internet in the hotel computer in the loby ( 5 euro for half an hour!...).

The hotel was exceptional value for the cost. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The decor was contemporary but comfortable, the balcony was a bonus. The shower was challenging to operate but definitely worth it. The staff were friendly and extremely professional. The location was slightly out of the main hub but within walking distance, a bus stop out the front and taxis cheap from the centre of town. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

nice place, reallly beautiful, a bit far from the city center you need a cab to move there, was raining almost of the day, but the views and the room is amazing!!

This hotel is a little further from the old town than I would have preferred. They do correctly state that they are (as I recall) 300 metres from the beach, but it is not the beach that is most popular which is fine during the day but a bit distant from the night time action.
