It was a great stay at the Aran Park. The hotel offered a ,spacious clean room with a great balcony and a splendid view of the castelli romani mountains and a very beautiful medieval castle. Breakfast was buffet style with hot and cold items served at the 7th floor. We were offered free internet wireless in the lobby and in our room, the only thing is that there was just one english channel but apparently that is what you can get as italian standard. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

This hotel has become my "permanent address" in Rome for the last 4 years, with 3-5 visits annually. Need I write more? Outstanding value for money: Large, very clean rooms with "fullsize" balconies, pleasant and serviceminded staff, English and French spoken at the reception, very quiet at night, large free parking space with guarded gate, even fresh country air - some 10 km. from the historical centre of Romeandn half of that from the business district of EUR. What more can one reasonably ask for anything close to this price? (American visitors should note that Italy is in Europe, where it is not customary to have things like coffe machines and microwave ovens in hotel rooms - that's what apparthotels are for...) . For tourists travelling without a car there is the disadvantage that the locaton is outside central Rome, and connecting to the historical centre by public transport is somewhat awkward. This is the only reason I haven't recommended this hotel for mature couples and families with children, amd only provided they don't have a car available. On the other hand a hotel in the centre with the same level of comfort would cost so much more that the price difference would cover the costs of a rental car for the stay, even if one travels alone. Personally I therefore prefer to stay at this very comfortable hotel, very quietly located in its own little private park at the edge of a small, green, newly built suburb to the south of central Rome close to the historical Via Appia Antica, and spend the money I save on the room on a rental car to explore any part of Rome or the surroundings at any time of day or night, with total freedom and mobility.

Large hotel in a nice, quiet and green area (far from the city centre) with spacious rooms, good service and helpful staff. Breakfast is only average, though. Usually hosts large groups of travelers, including school age kids who might be a little noisy, so ask for a room on a quiet floor. The japanese restaurant walking distance is highly recommendable!

Rooms are good, the Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so you definitely need a car if you're going to book it. Breakfast was so so, decent amount of food but poor quality

The Internet connection was down and the fitness center was closed for renovation as well. The old grumpy man on the front desk had absolutely no smile and took a while to check me in.

The bathroom had mold almost everywhere. The hotel room and bathroom were clean, but MOLD in the bathroom? That's disgusting. The room was also not quiet, as requested. It was next to a delivery entrance or something. The noise started very early in the morning. Such a big hotel - weren't there any QUIET rooms available?!? And another thing: the food in the restaurant should be served without charred remains.

Raccomandabile!!

Rooms are quiet even if a big group of children on the same floor ruined our staying alla night long.
