Really nice hotel, but the area is crappy, even can be dangerous on week ends, it's a shame because the hotel is really good.

This hotel is amazing. The lobby and rooms are beautiful. Location is great for la rambla and other central sites. The area is a little seedy behind the hotel but that can be easily avoided. Beds were the best I have experienced in 2 weeks of travelling in Spain. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful - actually volunteering information! Great place to experience Barcelona.

Near the centre but it is not a good area, there are prostitutes around and you do not feel very safe. For my point of view, the hotel is too fashion and not that practical, for example toilets inside the room are not very comfortable.

It was my first time staying at Barcelo Raval but it will not be the last. I did like the possitioning near to all turistic places, I did like the room and the service; what I disliked was the enwrapping of the hotel with the iron cage, smth that did not look nice from inside the room. I am glad that for my first visit to Barcelona I did choose Barcelo Raval.

The hotel and room is very beautiful, modern/retro design and high tech. There is free nespresso machine and the expresso in the room. Service was quite good. Near to Parallel metro (5 mins walk). The only downside is slight further from La Ramblas (10 mins walk) and might have to go through slightly small road. Other than that the room is very enjoyable, there is free wifi and also from the top of the building one can have very nice view of barcelona and surrounding including hills nearby.
