An exceptionally welcoming, family run hotel. Franca, in particular, was a warm, very friendly and most helpful host. Her breakfasts served in the garden were excellent. We would happily recommend this hotel for quality of service and value for money.

San Giusto is a nice place to stay. The hosts are very kind. The italian breakfast is very good. The place is close to Volterra but it is not easy to go there by feet as there is no pavement.

Excellent place to stay - we spent a week there - and with the right ambience. Volterra is a lovely town, close to all of Tuscany, but not overwhlmed by tourists. The B&B is a perfect base to explore the region.

Very friendly owners, they served us a very excellent breakfast as we aquired. The B&B is directly on the main street to Pisa. Very good place to start your tor through toscany.

This Guesthouse was our first stop in Tuscany. The hospitality was overwhelming. We enjoyed our stay very much. Especially the dinner which was offered us by the owner with all the guests on Friday evening, was a unique experience.

It should have been a quiet place, but it was in front of a street crossing, very loud. No chance to use the balcony, problems to sleep. No hotel, only appartments, no service. We have booked for 10 nights but leaving frustrated after 3 nights. We must pay 120 Euro storno rate !!. Never again.
