Bed and Breakfast Villa Beatrice - Verona

Host very welcoming, was very helpful with giving directions, suggestions for places to see and restaurants to eat at. A bit of a drive up the hill but worth it. Great place to relax. Would definitely return if we return to the area.

It is a bit far from the city, but , as a result, it is in lovely surroundings, and very quiet. If you follow carefully the directions, you will find the Villa quite easily. The owner is very friendly, and prepares a delicious breakfast.

Excellent owner (Simone) who was very obliging and helpful. The road access was not easy to navigate due to winding and narrow nature. This was also part of the charm. Morning breakfasts and relaxing were highlights. The garden was very well maintained and in summer very enticing. Family orientation with parents onsite (and working on the olive trees and garden) also a treat. 10 minutes outside of city centre but great advice re parking. Wifi and on site parking appreciated. Friendly dog (Zeus) also a highlight. Thank you Simone for an enjoyable stay in your city.

Everything good said by others was matched or exceeded. Even without a car (in our case) it was still worth it despite the cost (around 15-20 Euros for a taxi to town centre - but Simone will ferry you to/from the nearest bus stop for free if he is not briefing arriving guests). Simone is definitely a "one off" and a wonderful host

The web page on Venere.com if anything didn't do justice to the property and location, which are stunning. And incredibly well situated for visitng Verona. Breakfast was delicious, nothing was too much trouble. Wholeheartedly recommended.

We've been very cordially received and treated. Villa Beatrice is situated above Verona. Quiet and with a wonderful park and view. The owner is very obliging and heartily - the whole atmosphere is charming and familiar. High recommendable!

Quiet and very familiar place! the owner is like a big friend and very polite. You got any help you need. But you need a car to come here and the way to the b&b is a little bit hidden...but it pay.

This is a special place where you feel like visiting friends living in the countryside. We totally recommend it to everyone who is open to an easy going environment, and to meeting and chatting with new people. Beautiful and very relaxing place. We would come back again.

Villa Beatrice was the ideal place to unwind for two days at the end of our 3-week tour of Italy. A truly beautiful villa and location for relaxing in the garden and just a short drive down the hill to Verona. We especially enjoyed the family-like atmosphere, friendly and helpful hosts, and visiting with the other guests. Sumptuous breakfast buffets on the open terrace will be fondly remembered. Excellent!

We liked Villa Beatrice a lot - Simone, the owner, was very helpful with recommendations of where to go and what to see in Verona. If you book a bit in advance you will get his instructions how to find the place more easily, since it is a bit hidden. The garden and the view over the hills surrounding Verona are just great!

Very nice place to stay at Verona. Incredible view to the city surrounded by natur (Vinyards, etc). Best breakfast ever. Very friendly host. I will return here next time i visit Verona or Lago de Garda!

Siamo stati davvero bene. Il b&b è situato appena fuori Verona, in una zona molto tranquilla. La frescura del giardino è favolosa, ed in generale tutto è molto curato. Le colazioni in veranda .. fantastiche. SImone, il proprietario è molto cortese e disponibile, davvero un amico, e saprà consigliarvi al meglio per godervi al massimo Verona e i dintorni. Affidatevi a lui ... è davvero un grande!!!

Villa Beatrice is set in beautiful surroundings, a few miles from Verona. The atmosphere was very relaxed and informal and it was a great place to unwind after sightseeing and opera-going. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and his suggestions for eating out were terrific. Excellent value and highly recommended.

The only problem is sharing the bathroom which is not very nice, for us it was OK because we used the same bathroom the entire family, but there was not much Privasi.

The welcoming and the atmosphere were really great. We got a lot of helpful advice from the owner Simone! The breakfast was great. Everything was served.

A lovely bed & breakfast in the hills outside Verona with all the comforts of home and a relaxed atmosphere to end a busy day of sightseeing. We had access to bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge, computer and garden. The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice to be able to make tea or coffee whenever you wanted. The host Simone was welcoming and friendly and he helped with maps and suggestions on places to visit in the vicinity. It was a little outside of the city and only good for those with their own transport but overall great value for money.

It was a very short stage at this fantastic Villa. The owner, very helpfull. Ideal for familiar holiday.

I only spent one night in Villa Beatrice, but would gladly have stayed longer. At first getting there seemed complicated, whereas in reality it is only a stone's throw from central Verona, and in such a wonderfully green, quiet place it's worth the effort. The owner is very friendly and easygoing ; the room is very clean and comfortable and overlooked a wonderful, olive tree filled garden. My only suggestion to the owner would be to perhaps install air conditioning as it would work better than the fan that was kindly provided. But all else was fantastic, and I highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast.
